I sent you pictures of my dog Cesar laying on your extra large dog bed .. No we are not very happy and I never got all the orders yet. At the same time I ordered this stuff I also ordered a couple things from Italy and they arrived in a couple weeks. I’m still waiting on my order from you guys.. I want a refund since the extra large bed is only half as big for Cesar..

Trying to return dog bed because of size with some difficulties. According to ad satisfaction guaranteed or can return. Have two other MrFluffy beds that are good.

Terrible construction! I have had this dog bed for less than a month and its already coming apart at the seams. My dog will not lay on this just drags it around the house. When I checked on the "Guarantee" I realized I would have to pay shipping to return and then from what I understand they inspect it before a refund. Really? A dog bed? I feel like a total sucker for paying this much for a not so special dog bed.

The quality is nothing that’s described. The base of the bed is just material, no filling for soft comfort. The sides flip to the side. I might as well have bought a blanket. And customer service has been horribly unhelpful on getting a refund

Unfortunately, the bed became flat as a pancake after one week.

Von mir keinen einzigen Stern, aber sonst konnte ich keine Bewertung tippen Es geht bei der Bestellung nicht hervor dass die Ware ( die völlig minderwertig ist und chemisch riecht ) aus China kommt!! Es wird versprochen dass sie 100% oh den Kaufpreis erstatten bei Nichtgefallen Stimmt aber nicht denn man muss Rücksendegebühr von ca 50 € bezahlen !! Und das Rücksendelabel ist nicht korrekt Man sieht auf der Seite nur positive Bewertungen , kann aber selber keine schreiben auf der Seite , also alles Fake Überall im Netz kann man lesen von Problemen mit der Firma!! Ich hatte große Schwierigkeiten wegen der Rücksendung und es geht nur Mailkontakt, was auch dauert bis eine Antwort kommt Solche Firmen dürfte es nicht geben Zusatz am: 28.01.2022 Eine Antwort über trustpilot bekommen, allerdings eine die Standard Antwort in Englisch die schon viele Leute bekommen haben mit der Bitte man solle sie kontaktieren , das habe ich nun wirklich schon genügend gemacht Also nicht hilfreich!!

I ordered 2 dog beds, both were wrapped in plastic. When I opened the first bag the odor was very strong and the material had a film on it. The material was also ripped. I emailed Mr. Fluffy and they responded to give it a few days to air out or give them to family or friends. I did and reached out again and said the rip and odor is still there. They said I would have to pay return shipping. Please!!!! Purchase from your local pet store. Save your money!

Terrible bed. No support or padding. Looks nothing like the advertised pictures. Do not purchase.
