Please read all my emails and you will see for yourself. I still have not received my dog basket after being emailed on 4 separate occasions it would be delivered. You cannot talk to anyone for reassurance. VERY DISAPPOINTED still no basket, although delivery supposed to be the 24th January! Will I ever receive it I'm not sure. It would only have taken a phone call to let me know why and when.

I ordered a pet anxiety bed 6 weeks ago ——— I’ve still NOT received it! Making contact with the company is difficult, there’s not a contact number. I’ve chased up via emails, getting replies a couple of days later. The volume of post has been blamed, my address has been questioned!! It’s now in the hands of PayPal for a refund. I would not go near this company!!

This bed took over a month to get to me. The large was way too small and unusable for a small dog. He started playing with it like it was a stuffed toy. You should not be allowed to be in business. Totally misrepresentation. I tried to cancel the order several times.

Where are the washing instructions for this bed?

The bed I ordered was not the right size. I ordered XXL my lab just fit in it, did not look like the picture on website! Very flat, even after shaking and fluffing it! Was only offered a 10% discount! Sorry I would not recommend this product to anyone!! I feel they should have offered more of a solution. I could have sent it back and tried a new one and hopefully get the right size!!

Had no idea I was ordering directly from China. Received two dog beds, only wanted one. Also both are too small. Will cost more to return them than initial cost. I want to exchange for a larger bed, but I have to pay full postage to return two beds. If I keep, they will only give me a 15% credit and then I have to purchase the larger size. I have never had dealings like this in the past. It is entirely unacceptable. I advise everyone to never order anything from this company again.

The bed was too small for my dog plus it did not offer enough support. I wanted to return it but could not find an address on the website. I received an answer that the only warehouse was in China so would I be willing to keep the bed for a 15% refund. I said no and then received a reply that you were willing to extend a 30% refund. I could see that it would be a battle to get my money back and didn’t have the energy to fight so I accepted the 30% refund. Your company should be more transparent in its refund policy and make sure the customer knows there are no exchanges or complete refunds. I would never recommend this product to anyone.
