Happy now!!
When we finally received the correct size they were lovely and our dog seems very happy. We first ordered the medium size and it was too small. When I contacted the Company they wouldn't take the beds back. They said I could keep them and give them to friends. They offered me 15 percent Idiscount on the large beds, but I wasn't happy and requested 60 percent, as in the original purchase. They gave me that after I had complained, but I still had to keep the beds. I'm happy now as I shall sell the other beds.

Dissatisfied with product calming dog bed xxx the largest supplied
Dissatisfied with product. As advertised the dog calming bed has what looked like built up sides. I only have a 14 kg whippet and when he puts his small head on the “walls” of the bed they completely collapse. A lot of money for a bed which does not have the ability to keep him calm by being wrapped in a cozy bed.

The bed is so-so
The bed is so-so. It doesn’t have too much padding, but my dog likes it alright. It took almost a month to get my bed and all customer service said was ‘we’ll look into it’. I wouldn’t buy from them again and will look elsewhere next time.

Not for our dogs
Our dogs do not want to lay on these cooling pads. I have them set where the usually lay and sleep but they moved to another area away from the pads.

Your advertisement was not true.
When I looked at the advertisement it showed the purchase of the Fluffy Bed at something like $49.00. When I went to purchase, surprise, surprise the cost had increased to something in the vicinity of $109.00. I was NOT impressed. Like a fool I paid for the dog bed which our dog Abby thinks is great. However I have warned two nearby friends to not buy anything unless they have a certain price agreement that you adhere to. I will not buy again unless the advertised price is that which I pay. I purchased one of these for my puppy
I purchased one of these for my puppy. I have spent lots of time vacuuming up the bits that come off the dog bed. I washed it to see if this made a difference but it is still losing bits. My puppy does not really enjoy it - tries to chew it to bits and will not settle into it. I have taken it away and will try it with her when she is a couple of years old. For the cost, very disappointed.
