Excellent Customer Service
5 stars for excellent customer service. I’ve been emailing back and forth with Rose regarding a couple issues with my orders over the last few months and both were handled promptly and professionally. The first order was running a bit late due to weather, and the second order I mistakenly bought the wrong size dog bed in which she provided detailed information about the return process and offered a 15% refund on our order for the trouble. Truly above and beyond given it was my fault and not theirs. I’ll forever be a customer due to my experience and plus, our dog absolutely loves his anxiety beds!
