This is a review from UK. To say this company's promotions are misleading would be an understatement. 1. Nowhere do they say that they ship from China rather than anywhere local, so deliveries take several weeks. 2. When our dog bed did arrive it was clear it was nothing special as, vacuum packed, there was nothing to it. Whilst it plumped up when out of its bag it was still a pretty feeble bed. 3. Before ordering I asked, by email, what the stuffing was and was told a cotton mix. When our dog ripped holes in the cover it was clearly kapok - which she loves, so we were trying to avoid. 4. As you will have realised there is no strength to the bed and our dog made very short work of it. The exterior fabric is really flimsy and tears very easily. 5. Having now seen the outside and the inside of the bed it compares very unfavourably with previous beds our dog has demolished and isn't worth the reduced price their advertising makes a feature of. There's no way it's worth the full price, but I doubt they ever charge that anyway - a sales practice which would be illegal if they were a British company. Avoid at all costs!

Cheap chinese rubbish.

I was very disappointed in the fact that it took so long to receive my order. I kept receiving email saying that it would be here in such a such states and then it wasn’t then I try to call or send an email and all I got back was it’ll be there soon that I see the tracking and it looks like it went to los Angeles them back east for a few weeks and then came back. Also, your description of the beds, anxiety beds. I purchased the small and it’s so tiny and my dog is a Yorky his tiny he could barely fit into it, so just disappointed all around. I don’t even wanna exchange anything because just the customer service and the shipping and everything it’s ridiculous. But I will be writing a review on your company and it’s not gonna be good.

I ordered an XL for a 40 pds dog but it looked extremely small. The bottom of the bed is so thin, i had to put that one on top pf his old bed.

Should have known better, but ordered 2no items a bed for a chihuahua cross, and also a Cairn Terrier. Size wise we based our purchase on adds recommendation, in our opinion both beds at least one size too small. To add to that, not once have either dog entered, and lie in any of the beds, they both sit in the lounge gathering dust. Act in haste, repent at your leisure.

have tried to return dog bed ,but they dont answer at all

They sent me the wrong size and color two times. I am sitting here with two beige, Small Mcfluffy friend. I have tried to contact them to tell them I want my money back and to get rid of these two beds. They have failed to contact me and have failed to act. Therefore, I feel they are in bad faith. I have given you two chances. All I want is an apricot 24 inch fluffy friend. Is that too much to ask? Are you that bad of a company that you don’t help anything? I don’t want another beige small bed from you I never did and I got it twice. I requested 24 inch apricot two times, two times. I got 16 inch beige. What the hell is wrong with you people? I have $100 worth of beds and nothing what I asked for. Are you insane?

Ordered for Christmas....did not arrive, nor notification of delay....so ordered 2nd time in anticipation of receiving post Christmas....now I have received 2 Mr Fluffy Beds. And when to return for refund for unneeded 2nd Mr. Fluffy Bed...I am told to ship back to CHINA at a cost of $83.00, when the return label of the one I received was from a JANE in New Jersey, USA.....complete hoax....
