Excellent customer service
At first I wanted to return the dog bed,as it wasn't what I had expected. When I contacted customer service they suggested to give the bed a few days to settle to it's shape after being vacuum pack. I did this and I am happy now. The bed is very plump and silky soft. The dark grey colour is more of a blue, but that goes great in my lounge. My oldest dog loves it, so it must be so comfortable. Many thanks.

My puppy Lurcher was very restless and didn’t want her bed. So I saw Myfluffyfriend stressless bed and what a difference she loved it. Now my other dog wants to share that’s how good the bed is. Have just bought a second one so they both have a good sleep. Thank you MyFluffyFriend

Katzenbett entspricht voll meinen Erwartungen

EXCELLENT product that lives up to its name.
Hi Mr Fluffy Friend and Trustpilot Folks, I just wanted to let you know that my cat is ultra picky about what she likes to sleep on. I put her in your anxiety relieving bed, and she immediately took to it and started kneading. Today she went in it all by herself and she's sound asleep. It really does work like you say I have no idea what the special magic is about it but as long as she's comfortable and happy I don't care lol. I just wanted to say thank you for an excellent product that lives up to its name. All the best and thank you for caring about all the fluffy babies out there! Donna Slevin & Molly 😺😻 Note: yes, they had to resend the shipment because the first shipment never made it to me. However, I know they're still working the kinks out and I would like to give them a positive review because their product is excellent. The shipping needs to be worked on, but if you have an excellent product, everything will smooth out and I believe that it will for them. 👍✅

Amazing quality bed!
I purchased a Mr Fluffy bed for my 15 yr. Old chihuahua after he became paralyzed in his hind quarters. Not only was this bed super soft, deep and fluffy it has held up through appr. 5 washings & drying per week during his 3 month recovery. Due to his paralysis he did not have total control of his bladder. This bed is as soft, fluffy, and never lost its shape & cushioning as when it was new! Easy 60 washes! I’m happy to say that with regular chiropractic appts. Sancho is now walking & even running! I just wanted you to know that this bed is by far the best quality pet bed I have ever owned! I do place bed on a pee pad to protect my flooring.

Fab new bed
Issue with courier delivery however MrFluffyFriend kept me fully updated and dispatched a replacement which arrived with no issues. My 18 month old German Shepherd absolutely loves her new bed and has plenty of room to roll around.
