I accidentally bought the wrong size bed for my dog. I contacted this company over 2 weeks ago to return and buy a larger size. This survey is the first time I'm hearing back from you all. But now the box is gone and my dogs been laying on the bed. If your customer care was better, not only would I have bought the larger bed, I would have bought 2. One for home and one for work. Now I will find a bed elsewhere.

Just after ordering (within minutes)I noticed that the wrong size bed was going to be sent that was not what was advertised and clicked to order. I tried to email to correct this glitch but was told it was already shipped. I emailed again and the response was that it hadn’t shipped then but it was in processing and couldn’t be changed. I emailed a third time and was told again that they couldn’t do anything and I could just not accept the order and wait for a refund when they received back the bed. That would leave me without any proof or anything. The order was left in my mailbox and no way to have refused it. So now I would need to try to send it back and wait for a refund. This is a terrible way to do business. I asked for instructions how to send it or a return label. No response.

Over priced crap!

The product took approx 3 weeks to get here. Far too long. Then when I opened it I was shocked to find what it wasn't. It wasn't a supportive dog bed for a large, 92 lb, 12 yr old Golden Retriever. The bolsters melted to the ground. No support for his head, the whole bed was like a poor quality fibrefill pillow. To return would cost me close to $55. Not worth my effort, which Mr Fluffy is probably aware of. They require tracked shipping, hence the cost. I wasn't aware I had to pay for return shipping for a poor product, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it. Lesson learned, never buy off your phone.

This bed in the pictures looks so amazing but when I received my XXLg bed it came in a squished 14” bag. I couldn’t believe it, it actually fit it my small drop box regular mail delivery. This is an XXLg bed. I open it had a toxic smell, tried airing it out for a couple weeks, I couldn’t wash it because it wouldn’t be returnable, still smells. My other dog beds have been so comfortable I’ve slept in them, this one is so uncomfortable no support. I’ve sent them 3 emails reaching out for a return they haven’t responded, I ordered this bed a week before Christmas. I don’t like leaving negative responses but I’ve waited too long for a respectable response, not great customer service.

Terrible. No contact. Not the money as it was only about £50.But the principle. Chinese made and thieves. Do not buy off this scam organisation.
