You stated that the small bed was sufficient for a miniature dachshund and when he uses it it just tips to one side. I should have ordered a large according to your sizing specs. I received my order on 01/23/2023. I was very disappointed with the quality of the item. The item was nothing like the picture on the website. It was totally flat and this provides NO support for my elderly dog. During the purchase process of the item, shipping was FREE. When I received a notice from the post office, it stated that I owed $13.35 for shipping. This is false advertising. I would like a refund for this item and I will gladly return it. A company representative reached out to me and assured me that the issue would be resolved by shaking the bed. I have shaken it more than a dozen times and it's as flat as ever.

I purchase a large bed for $58. It is too small, i contacted the company inquiring how to getting a larger one….it’s been a while and all I get from the company is a barrage of things to buy. FYIthe same bed s available at a store here called Beals…. $20 less. This seems to ba bogus company!

Really really bad. I did not check the company. On the website it looked like a normal German shop. Apparently it is Chinese and most likely located in China. I ordered a bed for my dog and had no confirmation of my order or anything for almost 2 weeks. I decided to cancel the order and send them an email. It is not possible to cancel the order on their site since you dont have a confirmation about your order. Convinient. Customer service answered in 2 days and refused to cancel it. Today I made a complaint with PayPal for this transaction and informed customer service. Magically, 12 hours later, the company sends me an order number and information about the shipment. I have no interest in sending it back to China, so, if they don't cancel the order, I will notify my bank and Visa and will block the payment.

I bought 2 Fluffy Friend & received only one you did cashed my 2nd fluffy friend? Is that right of you to do that? Or you do it to everyone? So ashamed of the way you do your business stealing peoples money? I sent so many emails no one seems to care. I have spread this message quiet a few people. I regret ordering 2 items from you, I will never ever do that again!

Item was too small so I would say the advertisement was incorrect. Also I paid $44 and in order to return it I would have to ship it to China to get my refund at a quoted cost of almost $150. Instead they offered me a refund of $13 (which is probably more of its worth).

I never received my order. Tracking shows it went to New Jersey I live in Florida. I have sent multiple requests and only 1 response that they were checking. It has been a month. Terrible service.

I never take the time to review past purchases, nevermind bad reviews. This was by far the biggest scam I have ever been conned by. There was a FB ad (.... Believe me, I know now) for an AMAZING, COZY, Plush Anxiety Relief pet bed from MrFluffyFriend.com. it was Christmas time and I was looking for a new dog bed for my large, senior dog. I read some reviews, looked at photos and description, and said yeah, great! Oversized dog beds worth their salt are typically over $120, especially if you are looking for features for older dogs or with special considerations. I ordered it, Jumbo was $83, and I thought it was going to be amazing! I was okay with the shipping, states that it would take 'Up to two weeks" to get it. My dog is a... dog, and won't mind a late Christmas present... So January 11th it comes in the regular snail mail, vacuum sealed size was smaller than an 8-1/2x11" envelope. SMALLLER. For my 110lb Rhodesian Ridgeback!? I opened it up and hung on to hope .... But upon carefully slitting the interior vacuum sealed bag, I received a dog bed with approximately 5, decent-sized handfuls of scattered cheap filler material within a shag circle. The center of the bed was literally the two sides of the outer shag "shell" and a single lump of barely-there shredded foam that, if spread out, wouldn't make a 1/4" of center foam for my old man dog to plunk down on. He's essentially ON THE FLOOR! Also, the biggest size was WAAAYYYYY TOO SMALL for him. Ok, I want to return it. I have to request via email a refund and return information from this company. I get an email back two days later, saying that they were sorry that this happened and would I like a 15% refund to my purchase and perhaps I have a family member or a friend that would benefit from the dog bed that I now need to return that I spent almost $100 on. I reply via email again and I said no I would like to proceed with the full refund please provide me that information. What I received back was shocking. This useless not even close to a dog bed maybe a dog rug but that's not what I paid for I had to pay return shipping with tracking. Fine I'm okay doing that. I'll shrink wrap it and send it back. This package has to go back to China, and with tracking it's going to cost about $45. So I'm going to spend additional money to send back an $83 dog bed that is probably worth five bucks tops if a person who wanted to buy it wanted a shag rug. What a disgusting company. What a rip off and what awful customer service. I wish I could go back in time and not see that Facebook ad and just spend $83 on an orthopedic decent dog bed. I don't know if anyone else cares about this but I do which is why I'm leaving this review.
