There was a mix up on the number of dog car seats that I wanted and the folks at MRFLUFFYFRIEND didn't hesitate to respond to my email and issue a refund for the extra car seats and keep in touch about the order. I also ordered tje orthopedic dog sofa and both items were mailed out very quickly. I'm very pleased with my experience. I ordered these items for a good friend of mine who has a chichihua mix and if my little friend was still here I would have ordered the exact same things for her. I miss her so much every day.
