The sizing guide isn't accurate but she has curled up in it
The bed is much smaller than anticipated as I went by weight if my dog as suggested, and as she's under 9 kg I bought the small. She would have been better with the medium. However she's tested it, slept in it and seems quite happy even if she does fall over the edge at times.

Disappointed
Hi! Well the beds were too small for my dogs. I have a Yorkie small and I ordered a small but it was too small for her and then I ordered a large for my medium dog and it was too small also

Smaller than expected, but dog uses anyway,
Awesome feel but size is smaller than expected. Dog uses it in the evening and sometimes in the morning, but it hasn't replaced the other dog bed as a favorite.

We purchased a Customizable Power Harness
We purchased a Customizable Powerharness for our 16 week old Labradoodle- took over 21 days to arrive, the adjustable strap once adjusted kept slipping back to the longest position due to the slippery material it’s made of. Just to finish it off I was going out and the puppy was walking around with the harness I got distracted and bingo she chewed the buckle which snapped as it’s hard plastic

Site needs work but nice product.
The site lagged at the end of my order and when it refreshed the color was changed. Customer service said it couldn't be changed even though it wasn't shipped yet. They offered a return and a re-order but never stated if they would honor the sale price I got it at which concerned me. At least after a month when I got it, the apricot was an acceptable tan instead of an offensive pink. I was excited about the lime green. My dog does love the bed though so that's a plus.

I was disappointed
While the bed itself is fluffy and soft, they are very thin and the round circle part does not have a lot of filling inside. I was disappointed and I can’t see it lasting very long, I would not buy this product again. I give it a 3 star for the softness but the thickness and firmness is a 1 star.

Far too many emails after purchase. Last month purchase.
Far too many emails after purchase. These products are normally a one or two time purchase and continuous Mktg emails are EXTREMELY ANNOYING. I don't mind getting an update on products but this onslaught is enough to put me off buying anything in the future. I did buy something before but must have unsubscribed for the same reason. The product I bought (orthopaedic bed I think) is not all that great. Also a bit small for the weight chosen 40kg. The dog prefers one with a rim as it supports the head. Wouldn't recommend it over the others as not giving any significant benefit that I can ascertain. Date approximate but it was recent.

stuffing and size
I find extra large small and the stuffing ... Not enough !! But I did mention that already, They told me to give it time and also fluff it up. Well I think I payed enough for what I got. Would not ever buy again.
