MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

3 weeks waited for goods which were available from stock. No delivery only after Paypal was notified. No delivery note in the parcel and no reply until now how to return the goods. Little balls for tooth cleaning is a joke, very little and 20 EUR. Overpriced and quality bad. Not recommendable to buy there anything.

Dec 27/22 purchased a dog bed. After waiting 3 weeks for delivery, it was the wrong size(it would fit a gerbil). Oops, my fault, didn’t notice the dog beds were sold by size. No problem, company offers a 30 day guarantee, return policy. HOWEVER, try and get information from the company , as to where to return the product, so sent it back to where it was mailed from I contacted them 6 times . The responses i got back looked like bot responses . February contacted them again to let them know I would be taking up with visa, and supplied them with a Canada Post tracking number Finally a real response telling me I sent to wrong place, (where it was shipped from ) should retrieve the package and resend Purchasing on line can be challenging! frustrating. Beware

Ware kommt seit Wochen nicht an! Bestellung kann angeblich nicht storniert werden! Geld ist fort! NIE NIE MEHR!!!!

Do not buy. Very poor quality, just a synthetic piece of fabric, with a horrible smell, that stanched my house in 5 minutes being outside of the package. It doesn’t have any stuffing like foam or dog bed filling. Also it’s small for a large dog although I took the larges size (I have a German Shepard 8 months old puppy) It arrived after over a month, so it could not be returned. It’s An absolutely waist of your money. It will end up in the garbage

Scam Scam Scam Scum Scum DONT TRUST Says sent not 3 weeks they say issue will send again. Yes right I got mum 1 as well. We're is hers . ?? They the customer says there smaller they have a smell to them and don't trust them. So many scams out there . These people have to be stopped. They even say track you can't track as just goes to site to book . Biggest Scam ever just get money back !! From bank not them.they take fast enough

I ordered an extra large dog bed 8 days ago, nothing from the company to say it had been despatched so I queried it & was told it could take between 9-20 working days! This is not specified when you order, there is a message about covid which I assumed was out of date & hadn’t been removed however I’ve since discovered the reason they give such a long despatch time is because the company is in China. I’ve asked for my money back 2 days ago but amazingly they responded by saying my order had been picked & packed. I’ve told them not to send it & if they did I would refuse delivery & again asked for my money back. They’ve ignored all of this & now I have a despatch notice. I’m pursuing the matter with PayPal now through which I paid for the bed. This company are scam artists do not use!

Our first experience with Mr.FluffyFriend was a good one and our cat loves her new bed. We decided to pamper our dog with a couple of items hoping he would get some comfort with them. We were charged right away for the items, which in my experience happens with most other places when the items ship. My charge was on 1/22. On 2/2 I was notified the last of the 2 items had shipped. Current tracking shows USPS is still waiting the item. I don't know where the other product is, I never got a notification nor tracking information. Sadly our dog will never know how great these items would have been. Customer service is not very prompt. I sent a message again last night again inquiring on the status of both items. I also informed them on 2/1 that the order is no longer needed but I was told there was nothing they could do until I receive the order. And I wait. I am left with a $142 charge, no items, a broken heart and needing a refund. If you are looking for pet items, I would stick with one of the well known vendors if possible.

Schade ......
