Horrible waste of money
Horrible waste of money. I'd done a better job reviewing the ratings. Loose poorly stuffed.Not enough cushioning does not stand up properly.Falls down on the sides and in the back if my dog touches it, it goes flat on the floor. Very poorly made do not waste your money.I'm sending mine back

We recommend allowing it to air out and gently shaking and fluffing it to help redistribute the filling and restore its intended shape. Mi pedido es el 3119, la cama está "bien" pero compré esta entre otras que comparé porque se veía muy mullida y NO es así. Al principio me dio confianza porque el servicio de atención al cliente me ayudó rápido, pero cuando me quejé de que la cama no era tan mullida como en las fotos de la página, ahí ya cambió, tengo que mandar la cama a Alemania con el costo que eso implica

Hola Aidé, Lamentamos que la cama no haya cumplido con tus expectativas; ciertamente no es el estándar que buscamos. Nuestros productos se envían vacíos al vacío, por lo que es necesario dejarlos airearse y luego sacudirlos suavemente para ayudar a que el relleno recupere su forma. Además, uno de nuestros representantes de atención al cliente ya está revisando tu caso y te está asistiendo por correo electrónico para encontrar la mejor solución.

bed was not the size advertised or…
bed was not the size advertised or pictured. They advertise hassle free returns yet when you want to return it they tell you to post it to china and pay the freight, well over a $100.00, and you may get the money back. Their advertising says it all" you maybe can return it locally and in some instance's you will have to send to china". All instances are to return to china as they told me via email that they have no local whatever in australia. They offered a 30% discount and told me to donate the bed to a dog shelter. These crooks have to be stopped.

Warning!!
Warning!!! Avoid buying here!!! The quality is terrible and returning the product is made impossible.. The dog bed I bought is horrible. It is advertised as the World's number 1 Anxiety Relieving Dog Bed. It is, however, just low grade, poor quality materials from China. My dog may as well be sleeping on the floor. It has very little stuffing, no support for my pet, like promised. This bed is a total waste of money! I warn anyone from buying anything from this fraudulent company!

To be honest
To be honest, I'm sorely disappointed. I thought I was getting a doggie couch but I got a futon. That was vacuum sealed in a bag. It still hasn't fully regained its shape. To make matters worse, my dog doesn't like it. Won't lay in it no matter how much I coax. I want to talk to someone about getting my money back. I cannot vacuum seal it but I'll get a nice box and send it back to you... After my refund. Thank You.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I had read these reviews prior. False advertising on the website as the quality of the dog beds are terrible... cheap crap material. IMPORTANT: If you remove from the vacuum packaging they are shipped in, you will ONLY receive an 80% refund. This is NOT outlined in the return policy and frankly is completely unethical. Not to mention the cost of return shipping. They make it so difficult to return, encouraging you to donate the beds before offering to finally send you the return instructions if you're insistent. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. What a joke!

Anulacja zmowienia
Niestety pomimo anulacji zamówienia pieniądze nie wróciły, zamowienie nigdy nie zostało wysłane. Przesyłka nie została nigdy nadana. Mam bardzo złe doświadczenie. Brak odpowiedzi, utrudniony kontakt. Zdecydowanie odradzam.

Zelfs die ene ster nog niet waard
Zelfs die ene ster nog niet waard. Ik krijg vandaag een hondenkussen geleverd tenminste zo moet het heten, ik kan het er niet van maken. Een hoes en 4 zakken met een paar korrels erin. Dus ben wederom opgelicht voor een hoop geld. 119 euro Of is dit een 1 april grap, niet leuk dus.
