AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Did not realise they were in China when ordering but noted their 30 day returns policy. Bed arrived with a disgusting smell and a hole developing in the material and stuffing coming out. The item is cheap and nasty and not as advertised. Contacted company who said to return it to them in China at my own expense even though defective. Postage was £24.95 and that was vacuum packed to reduce size. Tried to argue the point with company but no joy. Have since spoken to ICC (International Consumer Centre, very helpful) in UK. The company are breaching consumer rights (UK and Chinese) by not dealing with return of defective goods. I will be approaching my credit card company for chargeback. The dog bed is inferior quality and nowhere near worth what they are charging. Their return policy is a scam as postage is so high. ICC suspected I may not have got back my money if returned so advised not to try. Please don’t buy from them!!!
