BEWARE: First, the base pillow of this bed was too small when I bought for the type of dog given as examples and for the weight of animal they recommend. Then, the customer service of this company has been extremely poor too. When they say "satisfaction guaranteed" and "a full refund is assured" that's only if you send the return with track & trace AT YOUR EXPENSE to CHINA! My suggestion is find your furry friend another bed & BUY AMERICAN! 4-1-23 At this point, MrFluffyFriend is saying they want to make things right and offer me something special. I did not accept their offer of a 15% refund + me keeping a pet bed that is useless to me and I would not give it to anyone as a gift (as they suggested). I offered for them to refund me 50% with me keeping the useless bed and I would donate it to a pet shelter. They did not accept that and wanted to refund me 25% + me keeping the bed. I countered at 43% plus the bed and said that is it. I have gotten no response. Pretty sad when it was “satisfaction guaranteed” and “a full refund is assured.” But they don’t tell you to get your full refund, the bed MUST BE shipped back to CHINA!!! BEWARE OF BUYING from MrFluffyFriend for your Furry Friend if you want your Furry Friend to sleep on a bed that fits them!!! We bought according to their recommendations, and have not gotten that from MrFluffyFriend for our dog. Plus, their customer service has not been a good experience AT ALL to deal with!!!

Après plusieurs mail sur leur site pour les informer de cet incident. Aucun geste de leur part, aucun appel pour trouvé une solution alors que le texte de loi article de lois L216 2 du code de la consommation : oblige le vendeur a rembourser. Je ne vous recommande pas ce site. Si vous devez acheter un coussin pour votre animal de compagnie passé par d'autre site.

Three months and waiting on my order. They will not contact me any longer and gave excuses. Tracking info appeared to be fake. They do not give a phone number to call. I kindly replied saying I would rather have the bed than a refund.....

So glad I read the reviews as I was just about to order one for my bedroom. Downstairs my collie has a fantastic pet fusion bed with memory foam in it and rim around 3 sides with the front having a quarter each side. Got one for my two cats which is smaller. My clue loves both. Will just buy another one. We'll worth the money.

I ordered two XXL dog beds and they are nothing like the pictures at all. They are Extremely flat, hardy any padding at all and very poor. Customer service is terrible and they are more interested in keeping your money than resolving problems. They make you pay to return defective goods. An email from them below…. Just so you know, you are responsible for the costs of returning the item back to us. It is necessary that all packages that are sent to us are provided with a track & trace number. Otherwise, it is very hard to ensure the package will arrive, regarding the current chaotic situation at the postal services. Because we can all use some extra help to save you from the hassle of returning and return shipping costs can be expensive, I would like to offer you something special. We can issue a partial refund where you can keep the product. We will refund you 15% of the amount from your total purchase since you are not 100% satisfied, and you are able to keep your order. Maybe a friend or family member will be very happy with it as a gift? Would you maybe want a minute to think about it? We received a dog bed that, even for our small dog, was too small. The item arrived in a torn plastic bag, squeezed into the bag by a massive amount of tape. Their home shopping page states: "With our money back guarantee, you have nothing to lose to try it out." "If you or your fluffy friend decide it's not the perfect fit, a full refund is assured". What a load of bull. I contacted the company to arrange for a return; (the cost is the responsibility of the buyer!). They finally sent me a link for the return; (not available to review when ordering), and the return address was in CHINA! The post office said it would cost almost $60.00!! The label also would not format to be printable. This is a China based scam company. Their guarantee is worthless. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYUNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. I see that the majority of reviews here are negative, but their website shows not a single 1 star review! I have filed a complaint with my credit card issuer, and with the Better Business Bureau. This company should not be allowed to operate in the USA.
