It’s a scam
It’s a scam. I ordered a dog bed in November 2022. It’s now late April 2023. I still haven’t received my dog bed. Scammed out of £40.00. Only response from the emails is by people who don’t speak English.

This was a complete disaster
This was a complete disaster. Worst online purchase experience I have ever had. Although the beds appear fluffy and plush, they hold VERY LITTLE STUFFING and are made with poor quality materials. Unless you are buying them for a photo shoot, save your money. In addition, the company makes it impossible to return the beds for a refund despite their promises. I was told I had to pay for shipping--okay. Then I packed them and took them to the post office--only to find out that the cost of shipping would be over 100 dollars due to the fact the shipping address is in China. They give no return options in the US. Return cost is prohibitive. There are far better and less expensive beds at your local pet shops and other stores.
