Product is poor quality
Product is poor quality. You can't return product to China because its more expensive then the bed.

It was confusing which size bed to…
It was confusing which size bed to order because the same breeds were listed on Xs and S. To be safe I ordered S and when it finally came, I wrote to the Company with a photo to ask if I ordered the correct size. To this day I have never, ever received a reply and of course the 30 day return policy is expired. VERY poor customer service. Would not recommend.

My Order #159765 two MrFluffyFriend Extra Large dog beds in charcoal 18/4/2023 Delivery was prompt however the quality of product was very disappointing. The dog beds where of a cheap material and hardly enough filling. I was contacted back from your customer service about the order, unfortunately because I had discarded the dog beds earlier on the day I had no other choice but to use them. I don't think I will be purchasing any other products from you that is why I am unsubscribing from your mailing list.

How is this company still around
How is this company still a thing, definitely a scam for sure! After buying one, 3 weeks later still no package! They told me to “check surrounding areas” like I haven’t done that already. Then I went to check the reviews and literally everyone was saying the same thing, this is so sad! The reviews on the website are fake and please future buyers be warned!! 😡

The bed is not washable
The bed is not washable. No zippers to take out the stuffing so if I were to wash it, it would never dry properly and the stuffing will mould. Plus, the materials used are not good quality. We have two of these—one from another company—and the other one has high-quality memory foam in it, it’s washable, and the bottom is water resistant. Paid the same price for both. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I won’t purchase from this company again.

SCAM
SCAM. I bought a car seat cover for 67€ and it was marketed as 120€+. The seat cover is the exact same dog seat cover that I had purchased via amazon for 35€ two years... they even use the SAME PICTURE! We asked for a full refund and for them to pay for the return label ... they came back and said if we will donate it, they will refund us 15% (appx 10€). TERRIBLE company, TERRIBLE experience. BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM HERE

Waste of money
The bed must have had a hole in it or is not made very well. After a couple of minutes my Dashound had begun to remove the stuffing out of it. Contacted customer service and they responded quickly hence the one star. But was told that the beds are checked before they go out and would not have a hole in it. Total waste of money
