Took too long to receive pet beds
It was frustrating how long it took to receive my beds. I purchased them on 10/4/2023. I didn’t receive them until 10/27/2023. I sent 2 emails and advised Joyce that USPS received the package but nothing was happening. I told Joyce it appeared to just move around USPS building on 10/15/2023 and nothing else. Both times I was told to wait 7-14 days. Finally on my 3rd email dated 10/24/2023 still there was no movement on my beds and finally Joyce stated she would check on the order. I finally received my package today 10/27/2023. I feel it took too long to receive my package and feel you all should have checked on delivery earlier rather then blowing me off with “give it 7 to 14 days”. As your product is made in the US it shouldn’t take 24days to receive the package. My dogs do appear to enjoy the beds after one of them quit chewing on it like a toy. I like the colors and style.
