The shipping on this dog bed was…
The shipping on this dog bed was horrible. It took to long to ship (over 20 days). When it finally came it was wrapped in plastic in the shape of a ball. When I opened the package there were no receipt or instructions or how to clean it. I can not find a zipper either. How is anyone supposed to fill it . I would not recommend these products from this company.

Very overpriced for what it is
Very overpriced for what it is. Very flimsy and not enough padding in the base of the bed. Overall it is not worth the money!.

Slow delivery slow response and quality average and prices expensive compared to some high street chains, thought the doughnut products (3) would have been bigger I ordered the L size more like M

Had it about a week when it got a tare…
Had it about a week when it got a tare in it. Dog loved the bed, I just think better materials could/should be used, ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE BEING CHARGED

Sure you can return it if you want to ship to China.
The company says you can return the product by shipping to the closest warehouse. Despite claiming to have warehouses in the USA the closest return site is in China negating any benefit of returning the product which didn't meet our needs. The stars are for the fraudulent claims of location on their website.
