John, thank you for your wonderfully honest review! We’re glad the bed arrived safely, fully expanded by the second day, and provided at least some entertainment along the way. 😄 We understand that your Cocker Spaniel ultimately prefers her older beds — sometimes our four-legged friends have very strong opinions about their favourite sleeping spots! We appreciate you giving the new bed a try and sharing your experience with us.

Thank you for your honest feedback! We’re glad to hear that you think it’s a great product overall, even though the size you chose turned out to be a little too small for your 20-pound dog. We appreciate you sharing your experience with the sizing, and we hope the next size up will give your pup plenty of room to stretch out and relax! 🐶

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Kay! It sounds like your pup needed a little time to decide that the bed was worth claiming — especially after his brother got there first! 😄 We’re so glad he eventually warmed up to it and is now using it regularly. It’s wonderful to hear that you feel he has become calmer since having his new cosy spot. We hope he continues to enjoy it!

Thank you for your lovely review, Mary Anne! We’re so pleased to hear that your 16-year-old pup is enjoying her new bed and that you’re happy with the quality. 💙 It sounds like she’s found a few favourite ways to use it, whether she’s curled up or stretched out with her head comfortably elevated. We hope she enjoys many peaceful and cosy moments in her new bed!

Thank you for your honest review, Kim! We’re glad to hear that you find the bed well made and soft, and that your dog seems to be enjoying it. 🐾 We’re sorry that the bed turned out to be too small despite following our size recommendation. We understand how frustrating it can be when your dog can’t fully stretch out comfortably. We appreciate you sharing this feedback, as it helps us review and improve our sizing guidance. And we’re glad she’s decided it’s a cosy bed rather than a new hobby! 😄

Hi Brian, thank you for your kind review! We’re sorry the bed turned out to be too large for Myla’s sleeping area, but we’re glad to hear that you were happy with the bed itself and with the support you received from our team. We’re also pleased that the discount helped, and we’ll be delighted to welcome you back when you find the right size for Myla. We hope her next bed fits her space perfectly! 💫

Thank you so much for your lovely review, Penelope! We’re delighted to hear that both of your big doggies love their new beds and that you find the washable covers convenient. We’re sorry to hear about the small hole in one of the beds. We currently don't sell replacement covers, but we'll definitely keep this in mind as we continue to expand our product offerings. Thank you again for recommending MrFluffyFriend!

Thank you for your review, Geraldine! We’re glad to hear that you love the product, although we’re sorry that the size you chose turned out to be a little too small for your Bichon. We appreciate your feedback about the sizing guidance. We’ll certainly take your comment into consideration as we continue working to make it easier for customers to choose the right size. We hope your Bichon can still enjoy many cosy moments in the bed!
