I recently purchased a small size bed for my dog after checking on the sizing recommendations. Unfortunately it is too small, it also toppled over when my dog attempted to get in. I contacted customer service department who I must say have promptly replied each time. But it sounds easy to return But it is so expensive. I paid £36 for the bed. Requested track & trace return is £22 !! I was offered a larger bed for a discount ( and I could keep the unusable small bed ) This would mean a bed would cost me £76 …. Crazy money. On the positive side the bed seems to be of good quality. I am very disappointed, especially as I went by the firm’s sizing advice. I am out of pocket by £36.
