I bought the blankets for my two dogs and they loved them so much that I purchased one for my parent's dog too! I personally have not had any issues with the delivery or the product itself and would recommend!

Beds are good, car protector is great
The products I’ve ordered have always been great! I have two large dogs and have an orthopedic bed and an anti-anxiety bed. The cover comes off of the orthopedic bed, but I couldn’t figure out how/if the cover comes off the anti-anxiety bed. So I just put the whole thing in the wash. Worked out fine. I also ordered the car protector. One of my dogs doesn’t ride well in the car. This kept him from falling onto the floor and keeps my seats clean. I have the couch cover/ bed as well. They do not use it so that was a waste. But not the company’s fault my dogs choose to sit elsewhere on the couch. I’ve always been happy with my purchases- quality product and was what I expected to get. The tracking for USPS is an issue. The link doesn’t populate your tracking number. Typing it in will give you results, but that’s a long number. As for email updates, it has always come to my “promotions” folder, not the inbox. Not sure how to fix that, but I do get emails about the shipments. Overall I’m a happy customer and will continue to buy from MyFluffyFriend.

Dear Audrey, thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We're delighted to hear that you've been happy with our products, including the orthopedic bed, anti-anxiety bed, and car seat cover. We appreciate your understanding regarding the couch cover/bed, as our furry friends can be quite particular about their spots. We'll take note of your feedback about USPS tracking and email updates to see if there are ways to improve this experience. Soft and cuddly bed
The order I placed was delivered exactly as expected, and the dog bed is great, very soft and cuddly. I have two elderly dogs, and they both love it. If it were a little less expensive, I’d get a second one.

Outstanding Product & Service
Outstanding Customer Service! Excellent Product! My experience began with my typo-glitched order. I notified MrFluffyFriend, received immediate, friendly response, and the error was fixed before the bed was shipped. Few days later, had a shipping question--again, immediate, full response. Then, received the product--Gorgeous and Scrumptiously Fluffy! It's now my dog's Favorite bed. I want one for myself!

Amazing Bed
What a great purchase. My dog loves her new bed and uses it daily. She laid down the minute we opened the bag. As long as she’s happy, we’re happy!

First bed my dog has taken to
My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel gets hot and has always preferred the bare floor to any dog bed I've purchased. She's 14 years old and has some arthritis issues. She loves the Mr. Fluffy bed! It makes me so happy to see her resting peacefully, all curled up and snoring away. It's the first bed she's ever taken to. I'm glad that her final years will be spent in comfort. I haven't tried washing it yet, but a friend sent me a pic that shows her Cavalier with a just-laundered cover. No problem with moulting fringes. All good. Only complaint is it was slow in arriving, but, after all, it's not Amazon.
