Buyer beware
Buyer beware! This bed is not a orthopedic bed. There is literally no padding on the bottom part of the bed. The grey color is actually more of a light blue color. Yes, they will allow you to return your purchase but you have to pay the return shipping and the bed has to be returned to CHINA! The shipping charge is more than the cost of the bed. The bed is definitely not as advertised. I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company.

shipping time was way too long, like 5 weeks to arrive.
The blanket was more like a thin sheet. Delivery time sucked. You should consider US manufacturing and hence much shorter shipping times.

I will never order from your company…
I will never order from your company again and I will tell everyone how terrible your customer service is and how inferior your products are. They are cheaply made and are nothing like you advertised. Your return process is laughable!!! You expect customers to return your product to China!!!!! If I had known your product was made in China I would never have ordered it! You ship it from NJ, yet you want your customers to return inferior products to China!!!

Terrible product nothing like it looked…
Terrible product nothing like it looked online! Be careful the company is in China and will refund if you post the bulky items back there at a significant cost as they want it tracked. It seems to breach advertising standards in many ways. They have been reported!

Basically a scam.
Both the pictures and the description on the website are misleading. The bed is flimsy, with little stuffing, and badly shapen. Huge disappointment, feel scammed. *update* I have received an email from Trustplot letting me know I had a reply but, contrary to what their message on this site says, I got no emails whatsoever from MrFluffyFriend. Not in my spam folder either. Care to explain, Sarah?

I would not recommend this dogs bed
I would not recommend this dogs bed. I ordered large at a cost of £48.00. The bed arrived tightly packed. It expanded once removed from the package, is mishapen and not true to size. It is unusable for my 23kg dog. I requested a return, as stated in the advert. The address label, I was sent, is for China. The postage is £40.00 via parcel force. I have demanded a full refund immediately. The ad is misleading and in breach of consumer rights.

Regret
Two weeks after ordering I’ve not received anything and having read the reviews am beginning to regret ordering. The Evri tracking link doesn’t work, I have emailed the company for an update.

Junk. The material is cheap and not fluffy and the size did not match the measurements on the description nor the photos. The price was exorbitant for the cheapest quality.
