Ordered item waited over two weeks for…
Ordered item waited over two weeks for delivery when it finally arrived it was too small after I’d followed their recommendation for breed size when I asked for a returns information …only then realised it would cost me nearly twice the cost of the item to return it to CHINA I was offered a 15% refund which was pathetic but was only way to get some money back DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE The claim if fully satisf guarantee isn’t worth the paper it’s written on

EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE COMPANY
One star rating because I cannot give zero stars. Ordered item almost a month ago, but have not received it yet. Tracking shows route from NY to IL to IN to GA to NC over the last 4 weeks, although I suspect shipment originated in China. Fast Track and EC Best seem to be questionable shipping partners. I am becoming doubtful that I will receive the merchandise, and now a review is being requested. Count my review as ZERO STARS.

I ordered the bed on October 4
I ordered the bed on October 4, 2023. I still have not received the bed. The tracking number is not helpful as it continually says the bed is in New York. I am in Massachusetts. It is October 25, 2023. I would like a full refund please.

Still waiting for my order after I was told there was a problem with delivery. They gave me a choice. Continue order or reimburse my money. I should taken the money!

The pet bed is useles
The pet bed is useles. It offers no support and is essentially a long fur fabric cut in the shape of a dob bed. Extremely slow delivery and I have inquired about return without response.

Overpriced and slow to arrive from China. Stick with Lidl
Very slow to arrive as it comes from China. Seems small for the siz we ordered but other reviews say they charge more than the item cost to take returns (back to China). This cost £49. I could get the equivalent in lidl for under £20. Also, the dog won't go near it
