Where is it?
I ordered this Oct 2 - it is Oct 27 and still no dog bed. Apparently it's in transit. Where is it? Here is the note: Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 9:03 pm on October 10, 2023 in JAMAICA, NY 11434. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.

I purchased a dog bed
I purchased a dog bed, one of the fluffy kind from Mr.fluffy friend company. I used it for one night for my 2 chihuahuas to sleep in. In the morning, one of the seams had apparently came unstitched and the cotton insides were all over. The materials seem substandard when I inspected the bed. When , I wrote the company, they offered me a 15% refund. These beds are not cheap to begin with, I have purchased other similar beds from different companies that I have used for years with no problems. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed my order on 10/4/23 and they IMMEDIATELY took the $45 out of my acct. That is supposed to take place when the item ships. I have emailed the company numerous times but a complete run around. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE BED!!! BEWARE! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD I am starting legal action to get these people. I am 76 with very little money. They don't care.

Never got the product and company…
Never got the product and company refusing to give a refund. They say it shipped. I communicated several times and finally am disputing the purchase with my credit card. Ordered 10/2/23 and it is10/26 and still no product. Will not be using this company again.

Finger weg !
Das Geschäftsmodell dieser Firma ist von Grund auf unseriös! So wird u.a. nach Bestellung suggeriert, das die Bestellung unterwegs sei, was sie aber nicht ist. Denn unter der angegebenen Tracking Nr von DPD kommt der Hinweis das diese Nr bereits vor 180 Tagen abgelaufen ist. Habe mein Geld zurückgefordert, eine Frist gesetzt und einen Anwalt eingeschaltet.

Ordered item on October 6th and it is…
Ordered item on October 6th and it is now October 27th and still have not received item. I am convinced it’s never going to come and it was a scam for my money. It says the package has been sitting in Jamacia NY for almost a month now. Save your money and get a dog bed from Costco.

fake product
fake product, not as described at all, quality is so poor and nothing like the claims. The reviews on their website are also fake. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Not easy to return - company based in China
The good news - my order arrived pretty quickly (10 days). The problem is that having measured our dog's current bed I ordered extra large (80cm), but on arrival the centre is only 37cm with the rest being a raised rim. Our dog doesn't like this and has therefore refused to use the bed. I emailed the company to ask for the address to return the item to for a full refund as stated on the website. I got an email back saying having 30% off another one and keep the original. I said I didn't want that, I wanted to return the item for a full refund. I got a quick email in response saying all the information is on their website (with a link) or I could keep the item for a 15% refund. Still no address to return the item to - it's not anywhere on the website. I emailed again to say that and was then told the return address is in CHINA!! If I didn't want to return it, the offer was then upped to a 30% refund. This I have reluctantly accepted as it will cost me more to send the item back to China.
