The customer service was top notch
The customer service was top notch! They took the time to reply to my emails when I was getting impatient with the delivery time. The bed is soft and the perfect color for my decor and, best of all, Zoe loves the bed.

Pleasantly surprised
After reading reviews (after I already ordered bed) my expectations were low. I am pleasantly surprised. My dog loves it. There was a period of adjustment where he thought it was a ginormous stuffy to drag around but now I set it by the fire in the evening and he loves it.

Finally arrived
Still haven’t received! Can’t review what I don’t have. Update. Finally received the bed. First night my dog wanted nothing to do with it. However, the next day he decided to check it out and this bed has quickly become his favorite! He has beds all over the house, but this bed is now his special haven! We can see why. The bed is soft and sorta acts as a hug. We definitely think the design is incredible!! Thanks for making my boy feel so secure. I’m giving 4 stars only because it took so long to arrive.

A little smaller than expected

Did receive item a little late
After receiving the item item i found it to be very soft and comfy looking. My dog loves it and is usually asleep in just a few minutes of laying in it. It did arrive much laer than i expected, however it was the holiday busy season.

Wonderful product; delayed shipping
The high rating reflects my satisfaction with the product. Once received, all good! Our lab LOVES this bed and sleeps so much better! I’ve read some complaints about the bed arriving flattened. It’s due to packaging. Run it through delicate wash cycle and air dry and it fluffs way up. The shipping process needs improvement. It took 30 days to arrive. Had I known up front, I would have been fine with it. It’s not a good idea to commit to a 10-14 day window if it isn’t possible. ESP around the holidays. That’s my only complaint. Customer service was always very prompt and as helpful as possible.

Long time in coming
It took a very long time for my order to arrive. But since it has arrived, my dog has been using it with very little urging on my part. She seems to like it.
