Dear Jan, Thank you for your feedback on the MrFluffyFriend™ cover. We're delighted to hear that you find it soft, cozy, and well-made. However, we're sorry if you expected for the bed to have a zipper. It was intentionally made to have no zipper so you can just toss the whole bed in the washing machine. To discuss your concerns further, one of our representatives will send you an email. We'll do our best to assist. Best regards, Sarah Team MrFluffyFriend™

Dear Julie, Thank you for sharing your experience with MrFluffyFriend™ bed. We appreciate your feedback and are delighted to hear that Squeaky is enjoying her cozy spot! We understand your desire for a larger size, and we'll certainly take your comments into consideration for future product development. Just to let you know, due to long-distance transportation and vacuum packaging, the bed may lose its shape and fluffiness. It needs to rest for a few days after collection and should be pounded to keep it in its original, fluffy shape. After receiving the product, it may take a while for the bed to reach its full size. We recommend shaking the product back and forth to help the bed regain its full shape and fluffiness. If you have any further questions or need assistance in getting a bigger pet bed, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team at [email protected]. We hope your other furry friends might find a way to share the love for their new bed. Best regards, Sarah Team MrFluffyFriend™
