Not what I expected
I have dachshunds (2) and it’s very difficult to get out of the bed. The only other disappointment is that it has informed to it it just looks like a big old Pillow that I put on the floor I was sad

Where is my dog bed?
Two of the dog beds I ordered were fine- I never received the third.

The ring is thick and supportive but…
The ring is thick and supportive but soft and the texture is excellent. Unfortunately, the central base is very thin so its just like sitting on the floor. We placed it over a large cushion for added comfort but it defeats the purpose of buying it in the first place.

We got the pillow and sent the size…
We got the pillow and sent the size Large we order XL, When I ask to return and credit, also send the pre paid shipping label and the box was e-mail to me the shipping is I have to pay. Need to send to China. The shipping cost more than the credit. Very bad service, never order again.

No instructions on how to clean, no tags etc.
There are no instructions on how to clean the bed, no tag or guide on how to care for the bed. My dog loves it, but really hard to figure out how to clean it

Not worth the money.
Ordered a large bed and it was more medium sized at best. Not as padded as shown in the pictures either and certainly not worth what I paid for it.

We ordered the largest size for our 70…
UPDATE June 1: We received $12.45 partial refund for our $83.00 pet bed. I did go back and look at the photos on the website and the actual bed is about 1/2 or less as fluffy as the photo shows. Buyer beware. No comfy padding on the bottom. We ordered the largest size for our 70 lb. lab. My disappointment is that the center of it has little padding, so it is almost like laying on the floor. Fuzzy, yes, but really flat. Probably ok for the tiny dogs, but I would not recommend if one expects comfort in the center, too.
