Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. It’s in China and you can not get a refund. They talk a lot on email but it’s a complete load of rubbish. Seriously annoying, they don’t tell you about how long you have to wait until you have paid. My advice would be don’t participate in this so called company. I was sucked in, I hope others won’t be.

Little filling where the dog lays down !…
This bed has very little filling in the middle where the dog lays down.I bought it for visits with my family’s Golden Retriever . He laid down for 2 minutes got up and wouldn’t use it again in two days that he was here . No refund as I hadn’t opened it for a few months . Don’t waste your money !

A FUIR !!!
J'ai commandé un coussin hier, réglé par PayPal, quand je suis revenue sur la page pour vérifier on m'a présenté le même coussin mais dans une taille et un coloris différents, j'ai donc corrigé et cliqué pour régler. Et là je me suis rendue compte qu'on m'avait débité 2 coussins. Je trouve cette pratique frauduleuse, j'ai envoyé un mail dans la minute, car financièrement je n'ai pas les moyens, il n'y a aucun numéro de téléphone pour les joindre, j'ai renvoyé 2 autres mails dans la foulée et ce matin on me répond que c'est expédié. Expédié dans la minute où je les ai contactés ? Je déconseille ce site, je suis vraiment écoeurée de ce genre de procédé.

VERY POOR QUALITY PRODUCT - SIZE IS WAY SMALLER THAN ADVERTIZED, AND PADDING IS ALMOST NON-EXISTANT
VERY POOR QUALITY PRODUCT - not much about the advertising of this product is true. The size is MUCH smaller than the advertised size. We ordered a Large size for our medium sized dog, and it is MUCH too small for her. The padding is almost non-existent. Our dog would not even try to lay on it. It will be the right size for our cat, but I don't know if she will even use it - it has such poor quality padding.

Absolute crap, do not buy. Not like the pictures, overpriced and you won’t be able to cancel or return your order once placed. Stay away, you’ve been warned.

I still haven't received the package
I still haven't received the package. It's been ordered 3 weeks ago and shipped 2 weeks ago with no sign of package. Don't order unless you have all the time in the world to receive.

Ordered this product on the 03/11/23…
Ordered this product on the 03/11/23 and the status just states dispatched since the 04/11. Checked Royal Mail progress and they still haven’t received it. Now I have read these reviews I am not holding out much hope of receiving it!
