DO NOT ORDER form my fluffy friend
DO NOT ORDER form mrfluffyfriend! I am reporting this to BBB and I hope every else with the same issue does the same. I paid for an extra large bed they sent a large... and want me to pay more money to get get the correct size. I guess their mistake cost me more $$.

BUYER BEWARE this is a scam
BUYER BEWARE this is a scam! Do not be drawn into their clever marketing ploys. It arrived in a very small shrink wrapped package. I purchased the size recommended for a cocker spaniel and it is far too small for my puppy. I requested a refund only to be informed that I could keep the original and give it to a friend, and then purchase a bigger size with 30% off the website price! The guaranteed satisfaction statement and the offer of a refund “if applicable” is a joke. Despite requesting the return address, I am still waiting as to where to return it.

if I could give it a 0 I would. 21 days after placing the order and not receiving it I contacted the company. at first they said the package was mailed but then said the factory lost our order. I asked that they expedite a new order and was told I would have to start the process all over again and wait another 21 days. Frustrated by this I agreed, reluctantly. Then, 7 days after this they contacted me to see if I wanted to reorder the bed!!! I cancelled my order and went with LL Bean...a much better product. horrible customer service...beware.

Grossly understuffed for the price of this thing. My dog is practically laying on the ground. Please don't waste your money.

Je vois tous ces commentaires négatifs…
Je vois tous ces commentaires négatifs et là je commence à avoir peur.... J'ai bien peur d'avoir perdu 63 euros. J'ai commandé un coussin il y a 16 jours, encaissé au bout d'une semaine et toujours rien reçu !!!! Mail envoyé, soit disant disponible en non stop, et bien aucune réponse !!! Une honte en ces temps si durs !!! L'entreprise se dit pour le bien être animal, mon œil ! Je vais entamer des procédures, je connais le milieu, je veux être rembourser !!!!

The sizing is completely off the beds…
The sizing is completely off the beds smaller than you expect and do fit the bread they say they are for. In order to do a return you have to go through an arduous amount of emails where they offer you to keep the to small bed they sent and you can have discount if you order an other bed . I did not want this and it took more emails until I eventually got a return label. Now I just have to pay to return the bed to China !!!!!! Not at all happy about the situation. I would suggest go to another company or order a more expensive bigger bed than you need. This has not been a positive experience for me.
