Avoid. Pure scam
Absolutely atrocious company. Ordered the bed, then went to cancel within 12 hours after reading so many bad review experiences. Was told that it was too late to cancel as it had been shipped, and 12 days later, a small, dense package arrived. Haven't opened, because we are now fighting to return it after being told we must pay the costs, but you couldn't pack our dogs existing 3 year old half eaten bed down this small. Customer service take days to respond, baiting out the 30 day return policy, and then flay out refuse to do anything to help. Pure scam. Pure trash. Avoid.
