Cheap and flimsy
This cushion was completely misrepresented in the ad. It is thin, flimsy and not at all an XXL as advertised. When I wanted to return it, I was offered 15% refund or send it back at my own expense. I took the refund as it was something as opposed to spending more $ to send it back. It looks cheap, it will not last for sure, terrible product!

Never received
I ordered a large dog bed but it was never delivered. I got an email from the company to say it needed to be picked up. When I responded to ask ‘why & where’ they replied to say that the package was delivered. I have sent multiple emails since with no response. Customer service is abysmal. No bed delivered and out of pocket.

I have ordered 2 anxiety blankets as…
I have ordered 2 anxiety blankets as well as beds one bed eventually turned up however it did not have any support as advertised. It was over a month before I received the first blanket. Months later I still await the second despite an email that consequently disappeared. Sadly I agree with all the other reviews that this company appears to scam customers who pay in good faith Hopefully I will finally receive my dog blanket purchased in good faith by Christmas

SCAM! RETURNS TO CHINA!!!!!!
I didn't read reviews before purchase...shame on me. But SHAME ON MR FLUFFY for scamming people out of money! Like others, I tried to immediately cancel my order only to wait over three weeks for delivery (with assurances I could return it after delivery.) When I receive return instructions...I'm instructed to send it to AN ADDRESS IN CHINA to get my refund. No one can afford to return these beds to China. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Not satisfied
First, I love your product enough to purchase a second bed, But now the problem: Your customer service SUCKS. Your company's responses to inquiries takes days, sometimes weeks, sometimes NEVER! My second order was tied up in a NY warehouse for 3 weeks! Get it together. You lost a future customer!
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Dec 26, 2023

I was not at all happy with this bed
I was not at all happy with this bed. There was no substance or support to the bed and I will never order in this way again. I would love my money back. The sales pitch refers to support and comfort,,,I found this flimsy and not at all as advertised.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Dec 26, 2023

Scam scam scam
Scam scam scam! They wouldn't let me cancel the order only an hour after it was made, claiming it had already been sent, and are now offering me 30% off the price to keep it as they won't pay for the return postage on it. Their option of resolving the issue of refusing to pay return postage is to just keep offering 30% off a bed they shouldn't have sent in the first place.
