Great Purchase
Bought two beds, a XL for my Boxer and a small for my Boston Terrier…they love them, no problems with the service or delivery. Was simple and easy to purchase. Definitely would buy another bed if required.

Better than expected
Well, the two beds arrived today. I must admit that the advert convinced me but was worried that I’d been seduced by fine words. I needn’t have been concerned! My 2 labs each curled up on theirs and have hardly moved off them since!!

Great product - Charlie loves it
It took a while for the bed to get to us with some shipping delays, but it was worth it. And, the customer service response was quick, when I inquired anbout delivery via email. Our pug immediately took to her new bed, and now spends her days lounging in it. Good quality - we got size medium for our 18lb girl and it is the perfect size.

Excellent customer service for lovely product
I must admit, I had tried to cancel my order a few hours after making it: I had not realised until I checked the details that the company was not UK based and so was concerned that it would take ages to arrive and I might have to pay duty. I contacted the Help Department who returned a quick, helpful and reassuring answer and confirmed that the order had already been actioned. I need not have worried. The bed arrived within 7 working days (all delivery fees covered). Most importantly, the bed is lovely - so soft and the XL is exactly the right size for my medium sized rescue dog to snuggle into. She loves it!
