Really unhappy with purchase
Really unhappy with purchase, is no where near as good as it looks in photos. It's super thin and basically feels like your laying on the floor still. Quite disappointing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
This would get no stars if I could. I ordered 3 beds from this company and only received the smaller one of the three. I have been in contact with them multiple times and have been told they will not refund or replace and I need to chase the courier Royal Mail as both packages are saying delivered. Royal Mail will not deal with this as I am not the sender and I just keep getting the standard response from Gilbert! Each email takes several days to respond to! I will be taking this to trading standards as this is a clear breach of the law and of the consumer credit act. Do not buy from this company!

Slow shipping, poor customer support and return policy.
Ordered a dog bed directly from their website during Black Friday sale for our new puppy. Order arrived after 15 days, which was way later than initially communicated. Since I had already purchased another bed by then, I asked to return it. Their shipping policy states that the return needs to be shipped China and the shipping expenses need to be borne by the buyer, even if the reason for return is late delivery. Would recommend against buying directly from them, buy from Amazon if you have to.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Dec 26, 2023

Pure arnaque

Cowboys
Cowboys. Stated 2 day guaranteed delivery, then contacted us to state up to 21 days. No good for us so asked to cancel, they received the cancellation but still chose to send. Now we have to send back to China at a cost of £30 -£45. Give this outfit a big swerve.

No response to ALL my emails
No response to ALL my emails. No product received. Ordered 12/8 for Christmas. I wish I had read reviews. Didn’t know it comes from China and can’t be returned. Where they get you is to give you back 15% of your order so you don’t have to pay to send back. Also read quality is bad. Been asking for cancellation since the 10th of December but I’m being ignored!!! SCAM!
