The bed had a wonderful feel when I first touched it.
Unfortunately, my 110 pound German Shepard would not lay down on it. He likes to move a bed around in order to find the exact spot for laying down; so when he attempted to move it, the very, very thin fabric that the "fluff" is sewn on, tore in 3 spots. At that point, I removed the bed and will hold until he is elderly. He just turned 2.

I unfortunately didn't check how to purchase the right size for my pup and bought a bed 2 sizes too small. Nonetheless, my dog loves his tiny bed and loves to curl up in it at night.
My only issue is the return/exchange policy. Mr. Fluffy doesn't offer free return labels - but rather a 30% discount on the next purchase. At these prices, buying 2 beds even if one is 30% off is still expensive and only guarantees the seller more money and the buyer with more product than they need.
Due to this, I was essentially forced to keep the small bed, instead of gifting it at those prices and spending more money for another. I wish they would revisit this policy to make it more flexible and consumer friendly.

Hi I was going to buy a dog bed for 56 pounds. On their own site they score themselves 4.91 out of 5 for reviews.
But on an INDEPENDENT site Trust pilot they only score 2.3 out of 5.
I'm inclined to believe the impartial site as opposed to their own site reviews.

Not like the pictured image on add
We have kept the bed but only because it gives our dog more space but it in no way reflects the image shown on your advertising. Our pet which is only 7kg sinks right down not as shown in your images where the pet is well supported. We were shocked to see the size of the delivery when it arrived, would I buy again No.

Dear Marion, we apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. We have created our beds from materials that we trust. The cover is made to be fairly durable and our factory will check the quality of each product to ensure that it is in good condition before shipment.
However, it is not scratch or chew-proof so it may be possible for some material to be pulled off. We cannot guarantee against the damage pets can cause, after all, dogs can chew through solid bone so NO fabric is safe.

schlechte Geschäftsmodalitäten
Produkt ist super !
leider Bestellmodus nicht benutzefreundlich.
Bei Bestellung wurden auch Artikel eingefügt die ich nicht haben wollte; informativ aufgerufen hatte.
Hatte Kauf abgeschloßen wollte später nochmal bestellung aufrufen, kam der Hinweis Warenkorb leer.
Keine Option zum Aufruf Bestellung ansehen.
so habe ich am nächsten Tag nochmal bestelt.
Somit erhielt ich dann 2 mal Liefererung.
Habe mich entschieden doch mehrere Teile zu behalten. Wollte aber zwei Artikel zurücksenden.
Meldete die Ware an. ( 1 Teil war noch originalverpackt, 1 geöffnet da man ja von außen nicht sehen konnte was der Inhalt war.) Lieferung erfolgte in Vakuum verpackten Kunststoffbeuteln. Schon das öffnen eine Herausforderung un den Inhalt nicht zu beschädigen. Rücksendung in dieser Verpackungsform so nicht mehr möglich.
Bekam Rückantwort; Wenn ich die Ware zurückgebe
würd ich 15% des Kaufpreises erstattet bekommen. Rücksendungsporto trag ich selbst. Oder ich könnte ja die Produkte spenden!!!
Das sind für mich keine seriösen Geschäftsmethoden, wobei sie ja 30Tage Rückgaberecht gewähren. Stellt sich mir die Frage-
für was ?
Mein Fazit: so bekommt man seine Ware auch an den Mann. Und bitte wer sich so ein Produkt kaufen möchte: beim Bestellen aufpassen was alles in den Warenkorb gelegt wird, und nur Teile bestellen wo man sich sicher ist das es auch passt. Die Optionen zur Größenauswahl oder Ansicht gibt es bei der Firma nicht.
Die Produktpallete bewegt sich ja im höheren Preissegment.
