I cannot comment on the product as I have still not received it despite ordering in November. The couriers are apparently saying they cannot find my address. In a town of 5000 inhabitants it cannot be that difficult ! Despite many emails I am getting nowhere. Only given 1 star so that I can write a review.

Do NOT order Mrfluffyfriend. The pictures they show are a scam. I order a size XL for my cattle dogs. They don’t fit in them. I reached out to Mrfluffyfriend (only a email address) and I received a canned response that they would give me 30% off if I ordered the XXL. You can’t return unless you pay shipping to China. The 1st bed I received did fluff up but the second bed did not. This is a SCAM. Do not order. I’m out money with 2 beds that a 10 pound dog would fit in.

AVOID this company. Their size chart is inaccurate. Unfortunately, I followed their recommended size but it was far TOO SMALL for my dog. I requested for a return but shockigly they told me to return the product to CHINA(!!). They do not tell you this on their website. And you have to pay for it. Many people have left the same feedback but they still keep the inaccurate size chart. Assuming this is their strange strategy and hope to get more business from unhappy customers: they offered me a 15% partial refund and a 30% discount for a larger bed. Obviously I refused it. Now they are telling me again to return it to CHINA to get a full refund. What a joke!!

Website doesn't state under returns, that the product has to be returned to China. I followed their suggestion originally and bought at bed for a Whippet, but it's way too small for a whippet. After many emails, where I asked it be returned to a UK address, they gave me £12 refund for a bed that cost £48. It is also very poor quality, will be flat as a pancake within a few weeks of a dog sitting on it. Customer service, very slow at least 48 hours to reply. Don't waste your money!

Waste of nearly £70.00 . Product not as good as the impression the advert gives, the sides of the bed flattened out after 48 hours of use , not interested in returning. To much messing around . My dog does at least sleep on it most of the, not too Shure about any stress relief. Hope my review helps. This was the first and last time I purchase any product from the company. Sizing of these beds are not accurate,took ages to come and now realise why, return is to China! Ridiculous returns and not worth even tryimg with a 30 day guarentee. It would never find it's way back in time. Found a new much larger one for a fraction of the price in one of the well known retail shops. Do yourself a favour and have a look around, there are some beds just as good locally, thicker and much cheeper.

The bed I purchased is not as described, the product is of poor quality- material thin and not as depicted in photos on website. The bed was far too small, even though I went by size guidelines. The returns policy is a joke. It took several emails to get a response and then I was given a return address in China, making it not financially viable to return this product. I am in no doubt that I will get a response on here apologising but there are many reviews like mine, complaining about the same issues. The company sends out a sub standard product, advertising a 30 day returns policy, but then makes it impossible to return.

You sent me 6 beds!! I only ordered 1. How can I send these back please?
