The pet orthopaedic bed
The pet orthopaedic bed was not very fluffy or thick. Nothing like pistures. very poor quality for price. The size was wrong and I wanted to return but they would not give return address in UK although it was despatched from uk. It does not say in their web returns policy that it is a China address, Cheapest was £9.50 for a £25 bed, and would take 40 days. I think it is a rip off.

Une arnaque de plus
Une arnaque de plus , j’ai acheté ce tapis qui ne ressemble absolument pas à la photo, rien à voir avec la photo , c’est un vulgaire tapis que l’on peut trouver à 20 euros … Je suis super déçu et mon chien aussi Honteux de faire une telle publicité mensongère

If I could I’d give them an 0. I ordered 2 “beds on 12/18/23. Received tracking# package was sent to another shipping partner facility on 12/20/23. Since then it’s been moved to two other shipping facilities. The last update was on 1/4/24. According to tracking it’s still there, hasn’t even made it to USPS. I’ve messaged them at least 4 times they’ve never responded with any explanation. My advise is DON’T order from this company!!!

Placed the order in November--still not…
Placed the order in November--still not received in January, despite solicitations for reviewing the company, and requests for. them to find my product. Lots of promises to 'check into your order', and yet--nothing! Beware.

Pretty much the same as the other…
Pretty much the same as the other negative reviews. In my opinion he product is seriously misrepresented in the advertising, and the return process is useless. DO NOT BUY
