The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!!!!! I have not received goods for over 6 months now!!!!!!! They have not reimbursed me or replaced the items!!!!!! They are blaming it on the courier company but when I said it was they that needed to make a claim, as the sender, they have refused to do so!!!!!!! I wish to make a formal complaint against this company - I am still waiting for the complaints procedure!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Furthermore, I have heard you are “looking into this” for months. I wish to speak to someone today!!!!!!!!!

Really poor quality for the money. Seam was open on the bottom. Not very thick or large for a German Shepherd. Not worth 83$ Very disappointed. Would like a refund for a damaged product that took forever to arrive.

Was sent a defective bed. It is missing padding on the bottom. My dog is literally laying on the hard ground. They claim a “100% money back guarantee”. They said I would have to pay to ship it back to China or they would give me a 15% refund. None of this was in their return policy online st time of purchase or when I reached out to them for a refund. I have gone back and forth with them so many times. They have since updated their return policy on their website, which proves they know they were in the wrong. And they are still unwilling to cover the return shipping or refund me for the defective product that can’t even be used. They delete negative comments and block unhappy customers on social media as well EDIT: They replied to this review saying they were going to look into it. I received a email stating the same thing they have been offering me. A 15% refund or pay an absurd amount of money to ship it back to China

Product arrived. Medium was tiny. Orthopaedic dog pillow. Bare patches and a broken zip. Very poor quality. I wish I had read reviews before. I will chalk this down to experience and throw it in the bin. Update: my dog won't go near this. It doesn't smell the best and the fur is shedding so is not safe. Not returning this to China. The site does not represent the product accurately. Terrible. My first idea was the best and its now in the rubbish where it belongs. Do not buy from this company. Udate: The e mail did not offer a satisfactory solution. The cost of sending the product back to China is more than I paid for the product making it impossible to get a refund. The website misrepresents the product and the returns policy. Terrible service. The company have, in effect taken my money for a poor quality, unusable, broken product.

I wouldn't rate it if I could. I placed the order to be advised by return email that there was a ridiculous delay time. So I immediately contacted them to cancel the order but was told it was too late and I could return it within 30 days. Quality and size are ridiculous. The quality is really poor for the money, i could see this just from the packaging... I could get something from the market for less than a tenner. I enquired about sending it back upon receipt and told it would need to get sent back to China!! And that I would have to pay for postage and package, how much would this cost?? They have offered me a discount to keep it. I said I would accept this and so now I've opened the package. BUT. I ordered the medium bed for my small dog. This bed is tiny! no way will my dog be able to sit on it let alone lie down. I think it would suit a little yorkie and they need to review their advertised sizes as this has been mis-sold. Feels like a rip off and the last time I'll buy off the Internet from a company I don't know

The "large" dog bed is NOT large. My 60 lb. Basset beagle hangs off the edge of this bed. It would be a nice bed if I had a toy poodle or a schnauzer. I don't know how many times I have to relearn DO NOT BUT ANYTHING ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK.

When I finally got the bed It was nothing like the picture!!! I could have bought the same type of bed at the dollar store!! I have large large dogs and I bought the xxl bed for 83$ Wasted money and time I just emailed them to see how I can get my money back!!! Will not recommend especially if you have big heavy dogs

This is by far not what me and my family expected for our dogs. I ordered the largest one and it is so small looks nothing like it is advertised. I also ordered dark gray and it looks navy in color. It has been sitting out for over an hour and it is even. It is bigger on one side. It smells like chemicals so bad that my dogs walked up to it and walked away. They want nothing to do with it.
