Terrible product OVER PRICED Filled With cotton batting nothing special and certainty shouldn't be marketed as "Anxiety relief for dogs" ABSOLUTE JUNK DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. WHAT, your response is to send back to you in China at my expense or you'll refund 15 percent out of the overpriced $58 cost of product to, GET REAL. This company communication reads like scammers and ALL are your products ARE JUNK INFERIOR GARBAGE. DON'T LET THESE SCAMSTERS PULL ON YOUR PET LOVE STRINGS,BUZZ OFF MRFLUFFYFRIEND YOU'RE NOT SCAMMING ME AGAIN AND HOPEFULLY ANYONE THAT READS THIS REVIEW TELLS YOU TO BUZZ OFF TOO.

Bad Experience!!!!
I ordered, what was suppose to be a large Grey bed for my dog. What I received was a large White and oh by the way they had also stuffed an extra dog bed into the order, big enough for a hamster, and charged me for it. I ordered one for around $70.00 and received two for around $119.00. I cannot find any information on how to return or who to contact about the issues. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I received one of the worst customer…
I received one of the worst customer service experiences after purchasing a dog bed and crate pad. The dog bed never delivered despite a confirmation that it had. I notified MrFluffyFriend and was told they could not help in any way. It would be up to me to file a claim with the USPS to track down the lost package. After explaining and providing evidence that it is poor service to not assist your customer, I was again told they couldn't do anything. Unfortunately, I will never know if their product is good or not.

Stuffing, Stuffing, Stuffing
The bed was soft and comfy, but my dog, I guess liked the furry feel and stuck her nose into the bed and chewed. A Minute later, she came up with a mouth full of stuffing. If your dog likes to find the stuffing in their toys (and you don’t care) your dog will have a “hay day”. But if you want a dog bed that will last, then you need one with a bit more material between your dog and the stuffing. My dog doesn’t even chew up her toys that much???

Still waiting don't recommend
Well I ordered my dog bed on January 7th and it got to Illinois and stopped at a warehouse and has been there 14 days now and I'm only like 100 miles from the warehouse so I'll let you know if I ever receive a dog bed 🙄🤔 I've asked for a refund several times just get told it's in route lmao 🤣 not sure how possibly a bicycle currier

AVOID THIS PRODUCT
AVOID THIS PRODUCT. Terrible product, poorly made, and useless customer service. The first day I opened the bed my dog bit it once and the whole bed ripped open and all the slight weight stuffing came out. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund as it was within 30 days. They asked for a photo, which I provided, and then said 'since it wasn't damaged in shipping they wouldn't refund my money". They did not address the poor quality of the product and would not let me return or get a refund. In addition, the dog bed has no padding on the bottom, is cheaply made, and does not deserve anyone's business. If I could give them a 0 (ZERO) I would.
