MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

Biggest waste of $75!! Over 3 weeks for orthopedic dog bed to arrive. It's basically a thin foam mat with a very basic cover over the top. Definitely not the plush thick mattress shown in their photos. What really bugs me is the depth of the foam mattress - it's not even 5cm thick!! Nothing orthopedic or therapeutic about that!! Order Number 247093

You're asking me for a review and I still haven't received my order. ????

I ordered a bed for my dog and it never arrived. I have constantly emailed MrFluffyFriend about it and have emailed the delivery company they use. I’m just told to be patient and it will arrive. That was 22 days ago.I also tried to ring the number I was given for the shipment company and I constantly get a message saying “ring back later” and then it disconnects. At this stage I just want my money back so I can get a bed somewhere else for my dog. When I asked for my money back I was just told to be patient again so I doubt I will ever see my money back or the bed. I am very sorry I ever used the MrFluffyFriend website and I would not recommend anyone else make the same mistake as me.

I would’ve left a minus Star if I could. Once again, I have managed to select a vendor that is nothing but a scam. It is taken over three weeks for my package to have any kind of transport to it. Now over the past five days it has experienced a problem with the Postal Service and is stuck in Chicago. The manufacturer has not reached out to me to say we’re working on it, or due to the fact that it’s stuck in Chicago Postal Service system, we will recall it and send you a new one. I am going to call PayPal and have them cancel my order Because this is nothing but a scam they will string me along as long as I can, and let the credit card company reimburse me and never get my product. I, highly recommend that you stay away from this company for anything! I am writing this on January 30. My purchase date was January 8. And no, I will not let you take a picture of me and post my picture on the Internet saying this person is a horrible person for leaving this type of review. I am getting so sick and tired of getting scammed by trying to purchase something on the Internet.

This company is an absolute joke with the worst. Customer Service. I have ever experienced ordered a large bed which never arrived. I need to be told by Customer Service. I had to chase the delivery complete myself when sent evidence to Customer Service saying the delivery company would only talk to them as they were the sender I’ve been ignored. I’ve been emailing continuously for seven days now and not a single reply back. Avoid this company at all costs as all they are interesting is clearly taking your money. I am now out of pocket and haven’t received the bed that I ordered.

Bed is only ok. Customer service is appalling. Money grabbing, unprofessional, unhelpful.
