In August 2023, purchased a Mr.FluffyFriend, large size dog bed. I was disappointed that it wasn’t what was pictured or what was expected. It wasn’t very fluffy at all. I wrote an honest but not very complementary review. Recently, I was contacted by the company who wanted to make things right… Three years later… By sending me a new and improved dog bed. I was skeptical, but agreed to it. This new bed is definitely an improvement. There is more fill in the bed itself, and the sides of this round bed are much fuller, providing support curl up against for my dog. I think dogs are going to love this improved bed. I’ve never believed that anyone in marketing or production, much less the CEO, actually reads reviews, but in this case, they have, and the effort to make my original purchase right.. 3years later…is remarkable.
