Item took forever to arrive/smaller than expected
Item took forever to arrive. Unfortunately, when I placed my order none of these similar feedbacks were there to help make a better decision. Seems like we all purchased our products at the same time. The price was not fair in my opinion for what I received. Using the guidelines provided this bed was too small..when I reached out to customer service I was told the order matched the size I submitted. Well of course it would, because the site provided sizing details which I followed. The bed was not sturdy and i don't think it's washable.. however my Maltese jumped in curled up and went to sleep nevermind the fact that he kept falling out. But then again my dog loves anything new that he feels is his. I never bothered to ask about returning because they stated I'd have to pay shipping and handling and for the time it took to receive I figured this would be the same price as the bed. One suggestion they .ade was to let the bed sit for a few days until it reaches its full size and I think it did open up a bit but still smaller thank expected.
