Our dog will not lay on this dog bed
Our dog will not lay on this dog bed. This is the first time we have bought a bed that she would not try out right away. Cannot return as packaging is gone.

I wish i had read these reviews before…
I wish i had read these reviews before buying this dog bed. It has hardly any stuffing and is of poor quality. The part that the dog lays on also has hardly any stuffing, meaning that the dog is pretty much sleeping on the hard floor. I asked to return it but found out the item must be shipped to China and returned in the original packaging (which is impossible seeing as it's vacuum packed when delivered and i will never get it that small again. I would not recommend this bed for quality or ability to return.

The bed that I ordered was XXX LG it is…
The bed that I ordered was XXX LG it is not long enough for my 27 inch long dog to stretch out on, she won't even lay on it. Customer service via email only is unacceptable way to do business. Had I known return costs of $100.00 would be my responsibility never would have purchased this bed. Dolly D

Waste of money…
I have been very disappointed with product,I ordered an XL for my 24kg small Labrador. It took ages to arrive and looks smaller and poorer quality, nothing like the photos advertised. I tried to return product and it proved very difficult to the extent I decided to keep the dog bed, have laid the dog bed in many locations and my dog has showed no interest in it. I washed it in a 30 degree washing machine as stated and since has been very misshapen and texture of fur has changed. Don’t usually get involved in review but have strong views regarding this product.

Never arrive
Thanks for requesting this review so I can share that I never received the product I paid for from this company. Neither did the company provide an order number so that I could track the package despite an email saying that tracking info would soon be sent. Buyer beware

Keine korrekte Bearbeitung von Bestellung / Versand Rückzahlung
Zunächst dauerte es ewig bis der Artikel gesendet werden sollte, daher wurde storniert, angeblich war der Artikel zur Zeit der Stornierung schon im Logistikzentrum bereitgestellt, also keine Stornierung mehr möglich... obwohl der Artikel angeblich im Logistikzentrum versandbereit gemacht wurde, dauerte es wiederum 10 Tage bis er per Post geliefert wurde, die Annahme verweigert, jetzt wiederum warten auf die Rückzahlung

Very disappointing as only 22inches
Very disappointing as only 22inches - not 24 as advertised. Poor quality Would like a refund please Order #250732 Told I have to pay for shipping to China to get my refund? This is a con. Specification of dog bed is falsely advertised, including quality and size. I will not pay for shipping and am demanding full refund as this is the manufacturer’s fault. I keep getting offered increasing amounts of a partial refund from this disreputable company and I keep refusing and telling others not to buy anything from them. They are dishonest 😲

I ordered and XXL bed for my 145 pd…
I ordered and XL bed for my 145 pd English lab. Whether it was XXL or XL Your sizing is very misleading. Half of his body only fits!! Total scam!! The pictures show a big dog in bed with a woman sitting next to it. So I was like oh this will be perfect!! WRONG!! I spent over $70 for a dog bed that we can’t use now! Don’t order!! Sizes are not true!! I’d love to post a picture of my dog next to it? Where can I do that? Also my post is invaluable? That’s insulting because your product is invaluable!
