I would just like to add further, that after checking the complaints on here and seeing that this company have 'responded' and are dealing with everyone's matter, this is also scandalous!! I have had two 'replies' now and these have both just been blank emails. Yet, it appears to the 1000's of customers checking reviews on this website that this fraudulent company are actually doing the right thing and refunded money!!

Geen enkel contact mogelijk!!!!!!!
Ik wil mijn hondenbed terugsturen en heb al 3 maal contact opgenomen. Via het mailadres en via het contactformulier. geen enkele reactie.! Alle toezeggingen op de website zijn onzin! Ik voel mij opgelicht

Aún sigo esperando respuesta de alguien…
Aún sigo esperando respuesta de alguien … hace ya más de 2 semanas que hice el pedido y se ha cobrado. El número de seguimiento está mal puesto, llamo al transportista y me dice que no puede ayudarme, he escrito 4 emails y nada …. Empezamos muy muy mal, pésima comunicación y contacto

Terrible transaction- beds are alot…
Terrible transaction- beds are alot smaller than advertised and my dogs avoided them like the plague. When i tried to return them, they told me I had to send them back to China. No local US return address- after complaining and them offering on 15% return, I got them to refund 50% and donated the beds to local rescue. F*** this company and its products

Ik krijg maar niet mijn bestelling…
Ik krijg maar niet mijn bestelling binnen en heb al 5 mails geschreven, 3 keer het contract formulier ingevuld maar geen enkele reactie!!!!! Dus mijn advies is...... niet bestellen hier!!!

Buyers beware
There's a serious issue with bed sizes. I ordered an XL for my 22kg Airedale Terrier and the bed was far too small for her. I contacted the company about returning it and was advised that return postage was not free. However, they did offer me a 15% refund on the first bed and a 30% refund if I purchased a second bed instead of returning the first one. I reluctantly went ahead with the second order. The only reason for doing so was that the return postage cost from the UK to China was over £70. The second bed XXL is large enough...in fact it is very considerably larger than the XL. Which makes me wonder if they sent me the wrong size with the first bed. Reading through reviews this seems to be happening a lot, I can't help but wonder if it's not too much of a coincidence? Quality wise they're okay. I've bought better and cheaper locally. I doubt they will wash well as they're pretty flat, nothing like the fluffy pics on the website. I would not recommend and definitely won't be repurchasing.
