We purchased a dog harness which came with an incorrect name. The velcro fastenings were inappropriate for a very active working English spaniel. We wanted to return the item and received a returns form. However the item had to be returned to China the cost of which was in excess of the value of the item. I have spoken to UK Trading Standards, and it is very clear they are in breach of UK trading standards regulations. These state that an item can be returned within 30 days of purchase at the expense of the seller and not the customer. I contacted FluffyFriends by email pointing this out and subsequently have received no reply. The only option therefore is to post another negative review.

SARA - I have been writing attempting to call a bunch of telephone listed nos to no avail. 4 unanswered emails i am not happy with inferior product as soon as i opened i the not eve tested but do not like quality and all the other reasons i repeated referenced in my many emails no answers no response no nothing. no response. its like this scam company wants to reneg on heir policy 2 call within 7 days to request instructions 2 return, is tlis a run the clock out scam? FALSO 100 PER CENT SCAm????? i DO NOT ADV[SE ANYONE 2 BUY ANYTHING FROMTHIS COMPANY, I WILL WRITE BAD REVIEWS, CALL MY CREDIT COMPANY AND DOWHATEVER IT TAKES FOR THIS UNACCEPTABLE NION TRUTH COMPANY, FALSE ADVERTISING COMPANY TO BR RATTED OUT I AM MADAND FRUSTRATED AND DO NOT BEING SCAMMED AND LIED TO AND FALSE ADVERTISED. Purchased a bed, could not tell or did not notice before ordering the base has very little padding and cannot be removed so will have to wash the whole bed, it lacks structure around the sides so with my labrador sleeping on it the sides collapse and have to be continually refluff so not sure how long that will last. The packaging looked like it was german. On opening the packaging decided it was not something that was going to be value for money looking at the base and extremely soft sides. Emails were responded to promptly and the refund form attached when I said it was not going to be suitable BUT the one thing I did not email prior to buying was to find out the location I found at this point returns are to China and the cost of a tracked parcel is almost the cost of the product, was offered £8.99 discount off my bill for not returning it which I felt was going to be my easiest option rather than send a parcel to China wait for a refund giving me about the same as the discount. Lesson learnt, investigate where the company is located for any possible returns and ask more questions before parting with the hefty cost

I purchase the hair removal brush just recently I tried it to remove dog hair on several things and it doesn’t work on anything doesn’t work. I have two dogs one with long silky hair and one short hair. A old fashioned lint brush still works the best

Commande passée et encaissée le 12 avril et je n'ai toujours rien reçu.... Pas de réponse à mon mail... Je crains de m'être fait avoir, j'espère encore....

Cela fait 3 semaines que j attends une simple commmande de pannier sois disant non stressant pour mon chien , mais en fait c est moi qui stress , pas de suivi, pas d interloquteur pour vous répondre , encore un site qui prends la money et impossible de savoir ou est mon colis . Mois de mai en france , pas de poste , tout le monde pense à son bien être et ses loisirs .Merci faudra pas pleurer plus tard .

Naar aanleiding van de foto van het orthopedisch kussen van 70cm x1.00 meter met dikte 8 cm heb ik deze besteld. Ik krijg een schuimrubber stukje van 30 cm bij 40 cm en 2 cm dik! Klacht gestuurd ,zelfs twee maal een in engels een in nederlands maar totaal geen reactie! Ik wil mijn 29 euro terug aangezien dit totaal niet is wat ik besteld heb!
