Dog stays roasting due to lack of cooling bed
Bought a cooling bed for my dog. A month later contacted the company. They had no information on shipping. A few days later, I was contacted again to see if I wanted the item reshipped. At that stage I requested a refund and was told it could take up to 10days depending on the supplier. Disputed through PayPal, money back within 24hours. Don't waste your time or money with this...I can't even call them a company, they were that bad.

False info on returns!
I tried to cancel my order 12 hours after placing it. No go! I wanted to return them and discovered that I had to send them TO CHINA, not the address in the US from which it had been shipped to me. Couldn't find that info ANYWHERE IN THEIR PROMISES of a full refund.

WHAT A FRAUD YOU ARE!!
Your customer support team is a JOKE! You added and charged me for an additional item that I did not request. I followed your email form and heard nothing back!! Also, after correcting my address with you twice, you still sent my order to former adress! In addition, your dog beg is innorinatley thin and myvdog hates it! I will never buy anything from you again!!

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Ihre Geschäftsbedingungen, in meinem Fall die Rückgabebedingungen, sind unterirdisch und unseriös. Der von mir bestellte Artikel hat einen Warenwert von ca. 24 €. Die Kosten für eine Rückgabe werden 50€ übersteigen. Seriosität ist etwas anderes. Ihre vorgeschlagene Option eine Rückerstattung von 15 % aus Kulanz ist eine weitere Frechheit. Wenn Sie wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit legen würden, sollten Sie an Ihren Managementmaßnahmen arbeiten. MrFluffyFriend hat einen Kunden vertrieben. Jeder kann ein Multiplikator sein. Diese Nachricht an Fluffy muss man nicht erörtern. Wenn ich die Möglichkeit hätte " 0 " Sterne zu vergeben, würde ich es tun.

Becomes lumpy when washed
Wonderful bed - until it’s washed. Been washed three times since buying but the filling became lumpy after the first. Just cross as these are not cheap.

Rubbish
Product not as expected. Asked to return it. So many obstacles out in place to prevent this. Eventually got 30% refund and took rubbish product to charity shop.

Je ne recommande absolument pas ! Je veux effectuer un retour de ma commande mais je n’ai aucune réponse de la part du service client qui serait dispo 7j/7. M.E.N.S.O.N.G.E !! Inutile de me demander de regarder dans les spams il y a rien rien rien. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi après tant d’avis négatifs la société ne met rien en place pour s’améliorer. Ne commandez pas sauf si vous souhaitez que l’on vous prenne de l’argent sans jamais le revoir un jour !
