MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

I would give you a Zero if there was one, very poorly made and darn sure doesn’t support your dog. I laid on it and it was like lying on a hard floor with a very thin rug underneath. Don’t waste your money on this product? I paid 177.66 for 2. NOW I’m stuck with them !!! 15% off is all they offer to keep them. Cost a fortune to send it back to China. They know they are ripping off the American customers and keeping the money for a product worth maybe $20.00. You can get a better one at a yard sale! One 😡 customer!

I bought this for my dog, and I wish I hadn't it was nearly £50 and it is so poorly made, the bed doesn't fluff up you can see where the fluff has been pulled through, this leaves it looking like the bed has bald spots. I sent a number of emails only to be told it takes a few days to fluff up, how can that be the case with the blad spots??? I then sent pictures and more emails still no response, after a few more days and more emails,I have been offered15% refund or to return it to China via my own cost, with no guarantee that I will get a refund, it will cost me more to return that it's worth.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

I hope you read the reviews before you contemplate purchase. Wish I had. Don’t bother ordering this, it’s appalling. So thin my dog tried to make it into a bed by rolling it into a ball. Zero customer service, you can only reach them via email and then the agent replies and it’s a waste of her oxygen and mine. I tried to cancel my order within hours, even told them my dog had died, but they had my money and were not giving it back. The agent has generously suggested that I can return it, but as that requires posting to China back to the ever helpful agent not worth while.

Commande 123139595

8/13/24 Update: I still haven't received the 2nd bed and they're still giving me the run around. I've asked for a credit for the 2nd bed that has clearly been lost in transit. This entire company is a joke, the product quality is less than subpar and they fact they've been stringing this out for 44 DAYS is unconscionable. They did offer me a measly 15% discount for not being satisfied with the first bed but given their business practices, I will not hold my breath for that to happen. Very, very disappointing experience over all. I ended up ordering (2) of these beds for my pup because a friend of mine told me how much her pup loved his. I cannot say that I am impressed. My pup likes the bed just fine but the look of it is shaggy and unkempt. I asked my friend to see hers (that she purchased a while ago) and her bed looked nice and fluffy and yes shaggy but mine looks like it has mange compared to hers. Also what is really making me mad now is that I ordered the 2nd bed on 6/30/24, order # 266731, and it has yet to arrive. I emailed customer service and they responded, but we're dismissive about the extraordinary amount of time that has elapsed. She told me she "asked the carrier to speed things up for me" which you know as well as I do, they're not going to speed anything up for me and my dog bed. All in all, I'm super disappointed in the quality of the bed I did get and I'm REALLY disappointed by the dismissive tone of your CS rep. Coincidently, my friend had ordered another bed at the same time I did and when hers arrived, she compared the original bed and the one she received and the quality is totally different from her original. So here we are now, 1 day short of my order taking 30 days to get here. Not only will I never order from your company again, I will not recommend you to anyone and will strongly encourage them to go elsewhere. There are a lot of manufacturers for specialty pet products out there and it's shocking to me the lack of care or urgency in which this matter was handled.

This is a complete ripoff and looks nothing like the photos in their ads. It's cheap, understuffed, and for the price they charge you could buy far more for the money at any mainstream pet store. I do not recommend purchasing.
