After scamming me for a dog bed that…
After scamming me for a dog bed that was rubbish they have the cheek to keep emailing me with offers for new products. This company based in China sells goods that are not fit for purpose. Just look at the reviews on here. If you write to them they reply using ridiculous English. I would seriously question the 5 star reviews as to their authenticity. Don’t waste your money buying this rubbish.

I wish I had read these reviews before…
I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing an Orthopaedic bed for my dog, so thin it could have been posted through the letter box. When I emailed the Fluffies they said it would ‘puff up’ overnight as it had been suction packed, presumably in China - it hasn’t. This bed advertised as Orthopaedic is certainly not that, both the description and picture of the bed are totally misleading. To be offered a paltry 15% refund is an insult, as is the suggestion to return it to China! Negotiations are continuing.

Aucun retour possible et menteur !!! Comme je n'ai pas payé la dernière mensualité, mon dossier est au service juridique et une procédure de recouvrement judiciaire va être engagé... je rêve !!! Un imperméable que ma chienne ne pourra jamais porté car il est trop grand !!! Tout ça pour ça !!! Faites attention à vous aussi !!!

Ships directly from china / no returns
Ships direct from china, no returns policy unless you want to pay for the return (to china), poor quality and shipped in a plastic bag wrapped in tape. Please avoid and go for something like the silent night alternative, so much better! In reply: This was a partial refund, not a full refund.. even with this it was not worth the money and has gone in the bin. From my experience I think this company is a scam: * False advertising (they advertise a dog bed they don't sell) * Unclear on the origin of the product *Cheap material / unlikely to meet UK safety standards

Not worth the money
Item very poor quality and not worth the money. It’s also too small for my 7kg ShihTzu. Best suited to a very small dog or cat. There is no support and would not say it’s an orthopaedic bed. Very disappointed.

Terrible misrepresentation, Bad quality, poor customer service
They make this bed look super fluffy and nice, but it’s so deceiving. It’s not thick or well cushioned, the only thing fluffy is the furry type fabric that makes it appear thick.. I purchased 2 XXL sized beds for my fur babies at $80 each. I assumed they would be nice, fluffy, good quality BUT one only lasted one night. The thickness is just a tad taller than my Burt’s Bees tube of chapstick that I placed next to it to show size on my picture I posted on their Facebook. My dog had a hole in one of the supposed “quality” beds and the cotton that it’s stuffed with is minimal. I emailed and they are willing to give me $12 back. Totally a waste of money! I’ve bought much cheaper beds that have never been torn up. I just thought these would be super nice for my sweeties. Bad choice and $160 lost.

A complete fraud
A complete fraud. I bought 2 beds and a couch bed if you will my Labrador would not touch them. If you know labs, then you know they are dogs that will determine if something is bad for them. I went to return items. They finally after three weeks and many emails sent the return information. I was to spend over $600 to return items to China. Never ever was this disclose on their website. I look into who had sent it. It came from Jamaica,NY. AND THE sender address was from a rental in a bad neighborhood in Chicago. This is a fraudulent website. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT!! I was lucky and used my platinum Amex card. I will be refunded my money. But I will spend many hours so that this product is denied entry to the USA. These products are bull…. DO NOT BUY. I WILL STOP THEM. I love my dog and they f….ed with the wrong person.

DO NOT BUY
poor material to make bed. no support from the sides lays flat like a rug. my dog refused to lay on it. inquired for a refund and was given an address in China. Really? Customer service, through email only, was slow to respond back and did NOT help me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
