False tracking info would not do anything except if I waited they’d contact shipper! LOL. I said refund and went dark! So no refund, no items….. filing fraud charges today after receiving their email asking for a review!!! ARE YOU KIDDING!!! Packages arrived in Tennessee Memphis, Knoxville, Nashville, then to San Francisco back to Illinois and now showing Shreveport LA!!! And now they’re asking for a review on how they did…luckily I work for and know how to file federal fraud charges since no refund as need received and notify bank as well. 10/14 items still not arrived! Have filed fraud charges and notified bank of this customer’s refusal to refund!

I fell for another internet scam. These beds are thin, small and look nothing like the unit I ordered. The pictures of the beds are misleading. The high price fools you into thinking the bed are quality.

AVOID AVOID!!! The beds are shocking quality, I wish I had seen the reviews!! The bed has no proper filling at the sides or the bottom of the bed. I purchased for my whippet and it is tiny, only suitable for a small dog. When I challenged them about the quality and suitably I was told it passed their checks! This company is in China and will cost me £71 to return the poor quality piece not suitable to be called anxiety bed as I would be more worried leaving my dog on it; might as well sit on a blanket on the floor! As for charities…bemused at this China is appalling for abusing and testing on animals!! I will be calling the credit card company to get a refund!!! Avoid buying from them unless you want to throw your money away, the bed is extremely poor quality and could get better quality at the local market. They are not a UK company!! UPDATE; they made no attempt to offer a refund or returns label-recent communication after seeing my review was; return the item for a refund…. Like I said before the return to CHINA costs more than the bed is worth…£60 bed costs £71 to return This is not a UK company and the products are very poor quality and nothing like the beds shown on their site Don’t waste your money!!!

Commande passée (78€) il y a 10 jours et pas de nouvelle.... Par contre encaissement sous les 24h. Mails faits au service clients, soit disant réactif, idem pas de nouvelle... A cette heure, ça ressemble plus à une arnaque qu'à un site marchand. Passez votre chemin. Sans parler des mails promotionnel qui continuent de polluer ma boîte mail.

Photos of the product are deceiving. I bought 2 beds, for my anxious dogs, in the hopes that they would be able to retreat to a lovely, calm, snuggly area. Unfortunately the beds do not do what they show in the pictures. They are thin, not snuggly at all. The base is flat, and the sides collapse. There is not enough filler in the beds, and the filler feels very bitty, like pieces of fluff, the size of a golf ball. I have seen better quality in the chain pet stores in the UK, for similar money. Please note, that delivery takes around 2 weeks because they come from China, then possibly shipped from a Euro depot. I have been in touch with Mr Fluffy Friend, and they have offered me 15% discount for my order, or I can return them...... to China!!!! Buyer beware.

The dog bed never arrived, although the USPS said it had been delivered. The company refuses to provide a refund. Also, they have ads all over the Internet saying LAST DAY TO GET UP TO 60% OFF, which I fell for, and are still running two weeks later. Blatantly false advertising.

This is the worst company for pets I have ever dealt with! I bought an anti-anxiety bed size "medium" for a 17 lb mini-schnauzer. My dog's head and paws hang over the sides--it is tiny! I tried to exchange it or buy a new larger bed. They don't do exchanges, gave me a discount for another large bed and had USPS deliver it August 16th. I was never notified about the delivery and never received the bed. Since I wasn't notified of the delivery date, it must have been stolen from the front of my house. I went through a lot of work with the post office--filing missing mail reports, finding out the results of the reports, etc., but it was never found. So now I am without the bed plus the money I spent on it. Their customer service is the worst! They do not have a phone number & no one to talk to--only emails--the same email every time. I would DEFINITELY AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!
