Do not buy from this place. They do not have a phone number or address. They ship from overseas and they do not give you your money back. I made the mistake of just reading their reviews on their website. They state in their reply that they are helping me via email. What a joke they keep sending me the same email. Yet never responding to the fact that I want my money back!!! Again save yourself the headache.

I ordered a large dog bed and it is way too small, this is false advertising. I buy dog beds and a large always fits my dog. Your return policy is laughable, you want anyone outside of China to return the package and pay for the international shipping/tariffs? It far outweighs the cost of the product and the energy to even do it. This is a shakedown to sell your products and force buyers to keep it. The pathetic 15 percent refund, in my case $8.85 is an insult. I will be leaving a review everywhere on I find to do so on the internet and social media.

Do not buy, for the price the quality is not acceptable. I have bought a better quality bed from Home and bargains or B and M. I was expecting something a lot better. I am going to try and get a refund. The picture provided on their website is nothing like I got. It feels like an old bed, no support on the edges

Supposed to be a XXL and seems small for that size. Filling is sparse. Very expensive for low quality. Won't help my dog's hip issues since there's barely any filling to support pressure area. Cheap! Will Never use this company again.

I bought 4 beds for my doggies. They were not what was promised. The fabric is flimsy and the stuffing is the same stuffing as in stuffed dog toys. There's a hole in the bottom now and on the top and stuffing is everywhere. I have lots of other dog beds and this has never happened. I wrote to them and said I wanted my money back because they aren't the quality I expected for that price. They asked for pictures. I sent them. Now I'm ghosted. No phone number - email only. Thank goodness I paid with Paypal. I'm complaining through them for the quality and I'm sure I'll get my money back. I'll update this review. UPDATE: so far they've offered me 15%, which I see from other reviews they offer to people who want 100% refund. I wasn't even going to ask them for the ripped up one, but now I'm going to ask Paypal to refund me that one too. They're flimsy, cheap, and the XXL is not big enough for my golden retrievers. They're junk. Shipping to China will cost over $175.00 and it's not worth it. They know this. Now I'm going to complain and post it wherever I can. I don't believe their good reviews. UPDATE #2. I went to PAYPAL for a refund but I complained too late - after all the correspondence with Mr. Fluffy, it was now outside of the 30 day policy so I was declined. Mr. Fluffy offered me 25% refund so I took it, something was better than nothing. I gave the beds away to a dog rescue. I'd be afraid to put those in a washing machine. The fabric is soft but very flimsy. I did notice how many glowing 5 star reviews came up in the whole time this review has been up and I can't prove anything, but I think they're putting up fake reviews to keep their scores up. I still think it's a scam.

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER. Ordered a dog bed, the product arrived looking like a tatty second! Wanted to return for a full refund, then they offer various percentage refunds for you to keep their bad product! The best part is - the delivery arrives from an address is Southall, UB2 5LF but if you want 100% refund, you need to send it to China! Customer service is AWFUL, customer satisfaction - ZERO!! I cannot stress enough, how much businesses like this one need to be taken down.

Waiting still for my refund, after 3 weeks of being told that the item was out for delivery with a incorrect Royal Mail delivery note, that was confirmed by RM did not exist. They are now unable to make the refund until they can confirm where the item is due to Shipping” , which also confirms that the previous emails were lies from the start. The item is made in China and not the UK. DO NOT BUY.

Ordered a dog bed 2 weeks ago. Tracking is showing pending since the day I ordered. I emailed the company several time nad am being Tod that I need to wait at least 5 more days. I requested a refund but have not heard back. Agreed do not order from this company! I should have researched more before ordering. Follow up after the reply posted 10/14: This company will keep saying the same reply over and over again - the order still shows as pending. Requested a refund and was did hear back recently but was told to wait another 5 days. I do not recommend this company. They could easily cancel my order and if this is truly a shipping issue could deal with their shipping partner while offering either a refund or a resend. Something is just not right here.
