Works well as a winter hat.
Deceptive advertising. Pic shows 2 (count them!) dogs lying down on pillow. It fits me as a Russian style winter hat. Have requested return and refund.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Nov 20, 2024
We apologize for the confusion, Iris. It looks like you ordered the smallest size of our dog bed. No worries, you're already being assisted by one of our customer support representatives regarding your return and refund request. Please check your inbox, as well as your spam or junk folders, for their email response. If you need further assistance, feel free to reply directly to that email. Thank you!

The bed was nothing like i was said to…
The bed was nothing like it was said to be. The add showed two dogs laying on the bed, I ordered the largest one and not even close to being able to fit two dogs. Also showed that the bed was thick with the two dogs. Again not even close. The is not more than about three inches of stuffing. When a 40 lb dog lays on it he goes all the way to floor. Out of all the dog beds we have this is by far the worse.

Oh no, Steve, we're really sorry to learn that the bed hasn't been quite what you had in mind. One of our friendly support folks is on it as we speak and will be dropping you a line shortly. Do keep an eye on your email, including your spam and junk folders, just in case it ends up there. We really appreciate your understanding while we sort this out!
